1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon (130 ml) vegetable oil
Scant 1/2 cup (110 ml) milk
2 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour, added in two portions
1 tablespoon (about 10 g) baking powder
2 medium apples, about 12 oz (350 g) total, peeled and diced

For the plum layer:
10–14 oz (300–400 g) fresh plums, pitted and sliced into wedges
1 tablespoon (12 g) sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the ricotta cream:
6.5 oz (180 g) ricotta or cream cheese
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar

To finish:
Butter and parchment paper for a 9.5-inch (24 cm) springform pan
Powdered sugar for dusting
