Hey guys, I've done so many vlogs recently, I feel like I haven't done a proper sit down and talk video with you guys for like such a long time.
But today's video is a classic, a classic video of a what's on my iPhone.
I currently have the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I'll take the case off.
But I got it in this really pretty like blue color, it's so nice.
And then I just have this Casify case on which I love.
Yeah, I feel like these videos normally trend on YouTube when the new iPhones come out, so I'm kind of late to this trend yet again.
But I love watching these videos, I feel like they're so chill and just good to watch and good for app recommendations as well.
So I thought I would just show you guys the layout and setup of my phone and also my favorite apps that I use.
Okay, so if I start with my home screen, this is just a photo of me and two of my friends, Izzy and Kate.
I just took this photo at a party, I feel like it's very cute.
And yeah, I don't know, I just liked the photo.
And then as I go on to my home screen, the actual home screen, it's a bit boring, it's just a picture of the sunset.
But on my front main screen, I just have the widget calendar and then the basic apps that sort of come with the phone.
So I have Calendar, Gmail, Clock, Notes, Camera, Photos, Dailyo and BBC Weather.
And then these are sort of the ones that like I use every day.
Dailyo is on my front screen to try and remind me to journal every day.
I feel like I've definitely spoken about Dailyo before.
I've actually gotten like much better at like sticking to journaling.
So I've actually been journaling like almost every day recently, which is pretty good.
Because otherwise, I feel like if I don't journal my days, it all just sort of like merges into one big blur.
And then also BBC Weather, at the moment, I'm like constantly checking the weather to see when it will get sunny.
Today's actually got really nice weather.
But yeah, and then the rest I just basically use all the time.
And then moving on to like the dock part at the bottom of my screen, I just have like the main, main app.
So Phone, Messenger, Music and Settings, which I use all of them all the time.
All my friends know that like if I'm not replying on social media, just text me on messages and I'll reply.
Because I am terrible at replying on Snapchat.
And then moving on to the next page, I have one of the large widgets.
This is of me and my friend Zainab eating some sushi.
I don't know, I feel like widgets are really cute, especially on your home screen.
They're just very, very positive.
And then on this screen, it's sort of like my study screen.
I don't know how many of you guys use Flora, but I definitely recommend it.
If you struggle to turn off your phone whilst revising.
But basically when I click on it, you can set like a focus timer of how long you want to revise or do whatever you want to do.
If I say I want to do it for 30 minutes, I click OK.
And I just click start and it will set a timer for 30 minutes on your phone.
And basically if you use your phone during the set period of time, it will like kill your tree.
So as you see, I just left and then I killed a tree.
And then Notion.
Oh my God, I use Notion, no joke, every single day.
It is what I plan my life on.
I love Notion.
I'm a massive Notion user.
Yeah, let me know if you guys want a more in-depth focus around Notion.
As I go in, I just have like my main daily boards.
So on this, I have a basic morning routine, night routine, and then I sort of plan out my week.
Other pages I have is life, where I just have a bunch of trackers and just like different things for my life in general.
And then also my main like calendar.
Work and creativity, which is basically just social media type stuff.
And then also a school page where I just do like revision checklists on and like stuff like that.
So I love Notion.
I use it all the time.
And then moving on, I just have like GCSE science and GCSE chemistry, which is just like revision apps.
And then Safari, Calculator, Teams and Outlook.
Teams is just like the website.
I feel like everyone's head of Teams, just the website my school uses, like set homework and stuff.
And then Outlook is like the emailing system my school uses.
So yeah, that is like the main study page I have.
It's quite basic.
I try to keep it like as minimalistic as possible because otherwise having loads of apps, I just end up never using them.
And then on to the next page, this is sort of like my personal page, I would call it.
So I have like a bunch of my social medias on this page.
So I have Snapchat.
If I go into Snapchat, this is me.
But yeah, my Snapchat isn't really one of my public social medias.
I normally choose stuff like me and my friends, FaceTime, Disney+, of course, and Netflix.
And then that top right widget, I like, it's so cute.
I love my widgets on my phone.
It's just a photo of me and some of my friends at a bonfire.
And then below that, I have a little disposable photo of me and Carmen, which I love.
And then below that, I have some more apps.
So I have Prime Video, Podcasts.
Let me know in the comments below what podcasts you guys have been listening to recently.
Pinterest, I am in love with Pinterest at the moment.
Make sure you guys follow me on Pinterest at amycheer with two Y's.
I post all the time.
It's basically just like another one of my Instagram accounts, but more casual.
And check out all of my saved boards as well.
I literally have boards for everything.
I feel like I need to clean up my Pinterest.
It's kind of messy.
But I'm going to start a summer board soon because I am so excited for summer.
Yeah, Pinterest is one of the apps I like sort of use daily.
Like when I wake up, I'll sort of just go on Pinterest and just sort of browse.
But yeah, I'm also a strong, diehard Pinterest fan.
And then WhatsApp, Wattpad, Nike and Headspace.
So I use Headspace for meditation.
But yeah, I would call that more of like my personal screen.
And then the next page is quite hectic.
This is basically where like all the other apps go.
I'll start off with YouTube and then inside here I have YouTube Studio,
which is basically where I can just like finalize editing all my videos.
Sub count.
This is just a basic number of how many subscribers I have.
And then preview.
This is where I plan out my Instagram posts, buddy.
A lot of people have actually asked me about this
app when I've like posted screenshots of it on my story.
But basically just gives you like an overview of the most recent videos
you've uploaded and also a live subscriber count as well.
And then I have obviously the actual YouTube app and Nationwide and PayPal,
which is sort of like the banking parts of YouTube.
And then if I move on to the editing folder.
So these are normally the apps
where I like edit my Instagram photos or my YouTube thumbnails.
If you want a more in detailed video of that, let me know.
So I have Fonto.
I love Fonto.
This is where I add all the text to my thumbnails.
And then I have Eraser, which is where I like erase backgrounds of objects.
So basically DazCam is just good for if you take a normal photo
and you want it to make it look like it's a film photo.
So these are some of the recent ones I've done.
I just think it's a very cute app and it's like fun to experiment on.
And then I have Lightroom, which is where I like edit the lighting of my photos.
Pixar is also gorgeous for editing thumbnails.
This is where I make like the collages for my thumbnails.
Font, which is basically Fonto, but for videos.
iMovie, which I used to use, throw back to my Tumbling account
when I used to like the little slow-mo videos.
I was dedicated to this Tumbling account.
I'm not even going to lie.
I used to edit all my videos on iMovie back then.
And then PhotoreTouch, that's the app
where I think you can like get rid of little objects and photos.
I haven't really used that recently, but, you know, it's there because why not?
And then FaceApp. FaceApp is so funny.
So I actually did it the other day just to morph me and my friend's faces.
I'll insert a few photos of me and my friend's faces morphed.
It's like hilarious.
I don't know. That's all I really do with FaceApp.
I just find it so funny.
And then on the next page,
I have another background eraser, voice memos and a Facetune 2.
I don't really use these ones as much.
I sometimes use voice memos
if I'm doing a small little voiceover for a YouTube video.
But yeah, that is the main section of the editing I do on my phone.
And then I have a games folder, of course.
Come on, inner four year old me is coming out right now.
But let me tell you, when I'm bored on the bus,
I literally just play the most random games like we can go through them.
Like if you can't tell, they're just the games that like show up
on Snapchat ads and I'll be so bored and I'll be like, you know what?
I'm going to download it.
Literally the other day, I was playing Crossy Road for about an hour,
but I got a high score.
I forgot what my high score is.
I think it's OK, so I have a high score of 389.
But yeah, oh my God.
Always in my Clash of Clans space, I used to be obsessed with this game.
I haven't been on it in ages.
If you can't tell, there are trees literally everywhere.
But yeah, I also used to love Clash of Clans.
I don't really go on there as much anymore.
But yeah, these are just sort of the games
folder I have for when I have no 4G or I'm extremely bored.
And then I have a shopping little folder.
This is just filled with a few of my favorite shops.
So I have Zara.
I'm also going for a Zara stage right now.
I love Zara.
Columbia, Motel Rocks, Brandy, H&M, Urban, Asos, Bershka, Missguided
and then Opoly, Vinted, eBay, PLT and Etsy.
But it's just like the basic shops.
And then I have another little widget.
I think this is inside a H&M home shop in London with Zainab and Millie.
And that's a really cute flower section.
And I took this like cute little photo of them.
And it's really cute.
So that's that little widget in the top right corner.
And then I have the times of loads of different times in the world.
I'm not going to lie to you guys.
I don't actually look at the times, but it just sort of looks nice.
And then below that, I have a Lockit.
I don't know if you guys have heard of Lockit yet,
but it's basically just an app where you can send photos to your friend's phone
and it'll like appear on the widget.
OK, wait, if I click into Lockit, I'll send my friends a photo.
OK. OK.
And then basically that photo, the gorgeous photo,
will show up on all my friends' phones.
But yeah, and then next to that, I have a little fitness folder.
So here I just have a night training app.
A lot of these I don't really use anymore,
but I've downloaded from a period of time in my life.
That PAM app is from when I went through my Pomelo Rife obsession in lockdown.
Piagim app.
I used to be a member of Piagim and I recently just quit
because I'm doing more workouts at home.
Then my Apple Watch fitness app, my Flow app to track my menstrual cycle.
Should I see when I'm next due?
So I think I'm next due on the 31st of March.
And then I have Google Calendar.
Normally when I have meetings with a manager, like the little calendar thing,
the meeting will show up on there.
And then Dov, because I'm currently doing Dov Bronze.
If you've done Dov, you know, it's not the best.
If I'm being honest, it's honestly so much work.
And I have Nord VPN, which is the VPN I use.
But yeah, that is the most of the things I have on my phone.
And then hidden in like the app library,
I keep TikTok hidden there to try stop me from going on it as much as I do.
I've even got a time limit on TikTok because I genuinely just,
I go on there way too much.
But make sure to follow me on TikTok.
It is amycheer with two Y's.
But yeah, apart from that, that is most of my phone tour.
So yeah, thank you guys so much for watching.
I hope you all have an amazing day and I will see you all next time.
