Hey guys we are in my city in Miami and today I want to show you around the design district. Let's go!
The Miami design district has been growing slowly for the past 20 plus years.
Not too long ago the district began to catch the attention of famous designers and art brands.
Trendy restaurants have also put on a statement in this area.
Today the district has become a successful showcase for the latest fashion trends.
In this area you're going to find a bunch of brand and boutique stores that are
very well designed. Everything just looks very pretty. They care about their design.
It's Miami design district right? There are also nice places to eat, good restaurants.
Loud people in Miami always. But there are some good restaurants. I'll give you some
recommendations and soon we're gonna go get some alcoholic ice cream.
I'm excited for that and yeah let me just show you more art.
In terms of shopping you will find notorious big name brands and high-end boutiques all around the
district. I am not a big brand shopper and if you're not either there's still
a lot of room for fun in the district so no worries.
There are more than 14 galleries in the district. Most of them are free of cost to
enter including the admission to the Institute of Contemporary Art.
You will find public art in every corner which is honestly
amazing to see and an exciting opportunity for unique pictures for Instagram.
I'll be in Ramza as they say themselves the perfect mix of happiness with happiness in
other words alcohol plus ice cream. These ice creams mix are absolutely exquisite and fabulous.
They have different flavors to match the type of liquor. My favorite here are Lucky Brownie
and the Kentucky Creme Brulee which is the one I had today. One of the staff members here is a
musician Jorge Franco he's Venezuelan he is so sweet amazing he will take care of you.
You guys should follow him on Instagram because he is really great.
Okay so if you come to the Miami district and you have no idea there are different
spots to go to the bar have a drink but just to let you know we have here Vietnamese food,
we have Italian food, we have Cuban food, a little bit of everything.
If you are about unique and spectacular experiences
have a coffee or a bubbling coupe of champagne at Baccarat.
Michael's is a favorite for all so when it reopens make sure you pass by.
All right guys so we did walk in exploring new places and we did a free art gallery and now
we're gonna take a look at the food trucks to see what's new in the area. Which is apparently art
for some reason. Do you have anything to say about it? No comments. Gen Z y'all are ******* up.
Sushi and Italian and the taco one oh and there's another really good one Piadina. Oh no it's an
eyewear. Okay things change in the design district a lot this used to be a Piadina place
now it's an eyewear but they still have the tacos place which is really good. Caja Caliente guys
100% recommend it it's delicious. Okay guys so we're not too excited about the food trucks
because honestly we've tried them all pretty much but we want to take you to our favorite
favorite place in the Miami design district it's called Shokudo and it's a Japanese place
come with us you're not going to regret it.
There are so many reasons to love this place that is full of culture, mouth-watering food,
vibrant places, fun people, creativity, diversity, excitement and warm weather.
I'm proud to call Miami my city and the design district one of my favorite spots in town.
