It's iPhone launch day and after waiting all week, my iPhone 18 Pro Max is finally here.
But this story actually started a week ago when I woke up early to secure my pre-order.
From pre-order day to launch day pickup and finally unboxing it. Here's how it all went.
So let's go back to where it all started. Pre-order day. I got on Apple's website as
soon as pre-order opened and apparently I wasn't the only one. After finally getting in,
I chose the iPhone 18 Pro Max in black, found a launch day pickup at Yorkdale and then came the
painful part. $2,145.87 Canadian. But I placed the order, got my confirmation and just like that,
we were officially set for launch day. Alright, we're gonna go pick up the 18 Max Pro. There's a
little line. It's pretty busy. Yeah, it is. It's exciting. I haven't had a new iPhone in
six years. Huge upgrade. I think the line goes inside as well.
Okay, this line, super busy. Super, super busy. But it's exciting. Thank you.
Alright, this is the process. Right here? Yeah, just right there.
Process to pick up the phone, eh? You got the black one? Yeah, the black one. Nice.

All right. After waiting all week, I finally get to open it.
And honestly, one of the biggest reasons I wanted the new iPhone was the camera. From everything
I've seen about this camera, this could actually be perfect for the way I create content. But first,
let's actually see this thing. Okay. This looks really good in person. And of course,
the most satisfying part. There it is. Now I just need to get everything transferred and set up.
But the real test for me is going to be that camera. I want to see how it handles food and
travel, low light and everyday vlogging, and whether I can actually use this as one of my
cameras when I'm creating. So that's definitely what we're going to test next.
