The creator recommends using Yukon Gold potatoes for their sweetness and lower starch content to achieve the best results, combined with smoky dry spices to create an impressive snack for friends and family.
Hey, what's going on, everybody?
Today I'm gonna be showing you guys a very simple snack
that I think everybody can relate to.
It's a very simple barbecue potato chip.
Really good, nice and smoky,
has a lot of good dry spices in it.
So I highly recommend using a Yukon Gold potato,
just as a little bit sweeter
and doesn't have as much starch as the other potatoes.
It's basically just a yellow sweet,
a sweeter potato than maybe normal
like an Idaho or a white potato.
Hopefully with all that said,
you guys will be able to make a beautiful potato chip,
flavor it with some beautiful barbecue spices,
and you guys can impress your friends and family
and just have a snack to go.
It's something that you guys made.
As you can see, I'm filming in a different location
than what I normally film at.
This is right in front of my kitchen countertop.
I usually film in front of my bookcase or in my room
or in this corner over here.
I've done so many different little locations
throughout this last year.
I'm just still trying to figure out
exactly where I wanna do my intros,
whether it's in my bedroom or in my office or wherever.
I'm just, I can't decide.
So please help me and comment below.
