Welcome back to my channel.
As I promised in episode 2,
in this Go Home series,
I'm going to make an episode
about the luck,
miracles and support
that I have received
during my trip in Vietnam.
And that is the journey
that I came back to find myself,
to find the version that I lost
for a long time.
This podcast is very special to me
because it's not only a place
where I keep my journey,
share my experiences
to the outside world
with you.
But this podcast is also
an episode for myself
as well as to thank everyone
who has always been by my side,
supported me and always accompanied me
no matter how difficult
my decisions are.
Everyone has always been by my side
and listened to me.
It's just a place
for me to rely on,
not judge and always accompany me.
Those are the fate,
those are the relationships,
those are the supports
that mean a lot to me
in this journey
and also in my next journeys.
I know that at least
some of you who are listening to this podcast
will have the feeling
that you are lonely
and no one in this world
understands you,
no one supports you,
no one listens to what you say,
no one supports your decisions.
And that's me.
I'm in a very long journey
and this will only change
until I return to Vietnam.
Because I was born in an environment
where I can use a word
that I think you all know
which is black sheep.
Because everything I do,
everything I think
is so different from
all the young people,
all the brothers and sisters
in my family,
in my family line.
So I always see
that something can be
confusing,
messy,
or worse,
I can't do anything.
Although in my journey
of studying,
I have achieved
success,
but just because of my hobbies,
my thoughts
are too different,
it makes it difficult for everyone to accept it.
And that's why
I grew up thinking
that in this world,
only I understand me,
and no one will understand what I'm saying,
no one will be able to share
my thoughts, my thoughts,
no one will support me
in my decisions,
and I will always be alone like that.
However,
everything will come to a point
that I often call
turning point,
when my beliefs
will change.
And this happens
in the journey that I return home.
And I am very grateful
for this turning point,
because it has come and happened to me.
I just see that I should use a word
that is full of love and sweetness.
I never expected
and never thought
in my previous life that
there would be a time
when I live in so much love,
I will be heard like that,
I will be sympathized like that,
and I understand that
when someone loves you,
it is enough for them to be ready
to be by your side,
support you, agree with you,
no matter what decision you make,
no matter how crazy it is,
no matter how difficult it is
for the person next to you
to listen to that decision.
Before, I only saw it in the movies,
but when I experienced it,
I felt that
my life was really lucky
and it has changed a lot
from my point of view.
This journey of mine
obviously cannot be successful,
I temporarily call it successful,
because for today I can sit here
and share this podcast with you
is an unimaginable thing.
I never thought in my life
that I would make a podcast
and share these things.
I even hated
when I thought about making a video
or making an audio podcast.
But if there was not this journey,
if there were not people
that I could call
extremely special people
in my journey,
there would never be
a day that I could sit here
and do this,
share these thoughts,
these experiences with you.
When I came back to Vietnam,
I met the relationships
that I only thought
of as close,
but from close
it turned into
like a relative,
not close anymore.
There are many relationships out there
that you used to think
that they were just
a social relationship,
a friendship relationship,
a relationship that
for many years,
maybe tens of years,
you have not met them again.
There are relationships that
even close family members
in their circle
you used to think
that you could never
sit down and talk,
you could never find empathy.
Well, today,
everything is different.
I realize one thing,
and it changes my thinking,
that you should never set
a limit for any situation
or any person around you.
Because everything
always changes.
There is one thing for sure
in this universe,
that is change.
It always changes.
It changes to surprise you
every second, every minute,
in your life.
The person you met
or made friends with
or talked to
today, you meet again.
It will be different.
It is no longer the person
you used to meet.
So don't rush to set a limit
or limit your thinking.
Because your experience
will be the evidence for this.
A small study,
as you know,
is number 7.
Number 7 in this universe is very special.
Number 7 is also the year
when all the cells in our body
were completely changed.
In those 7 years,
each cell in our body,
each number was changed,
and after 7 years,
it ended.
The person you met 7 years ago
and 7 years later
is completely different.
This is very interesting, isn't it?
And I realized that
not only with the people around me
but also with myself.
My 7 years ago and I think
with you, it is completely
different.
You try to stop here
and think about whether what I say is right or not.
Your thoughts 7 years ago
and 7 years later,
is there any difference?
From your external body
to your inner thoughts inside,
is there any difference?
I'm sure you will realize
this miracle
is happening.
The people I thought
I knew about them,
the people I had certain opinions
about them,
that they can only understand me here,
that they can only understand like this,
and so on.
Today, after 7 years,
I met them again,
it gave me so many surprises
and really
it is beyond my imagination.
There are people I think
will never be able to have such conversations.
There are people I think
they will never understand what I'm saying.
There are even people
I'm very close to,
but I never thought they could
accept and understand me like that.
I never thought
they could love me so much.
They love me so much
that I'm their daughter,
that I'm their sister,
that I'm their relative,
that I'm really in the same blood with them.
And that's why
I have to come up with a new idea
about the concept of relatives.
To me, now, relatives are not
people who have the same blood with you,
people who have the same biology with you,
but they are people
who are always ready to be with you,
people who love you unconditionally,
people who are ready to be there,
people who are ready to be with you
when you need them the most.
It's not that they have to do something for you,
but they just need to be there,
to believe, to be a anchor
for you to lean on,
to feel peaceful when there are too many waves out there.
And from there,
the concept of relatives
has completely changed in me from that moment.
I don't know
in this recent podcast,
when I record it,
can I keep a firm feeling
or a very calm feeling
throughout this podcast or not?
Because for me, it's very emotional
to be able to talk about experiences,
memories, love
that I have received
during my time in Vietnam.
So if during the recording,
you see that
my voice has changed,
I hope you will sympathize
and understand that
those are very real threads in my feelings.
I don't want to edit it
or cut it out
because for me,
it's the truth in my feelings
as well as the name of my podcast.
It talks about the nature
as well as my sharing.
It really comes from experiences,
knowledge and it's very real.
I don't want to edit it,
I don't want to cut it out
because it's boring.
The truth of it is
the most beautiful thing to me.
To start, Tri An also told
about her experiences,
her experiences and the help
and luck that she got
when she was in Vietnam.
She cannot not mention
her parents, her relatives.
Of course, I was very lucky
when I was born in a family
where my parents could support me
financially.
Although I was always self-employed
since I was working,
when I had health problems,
when I couldn't work anymore,
besides the saving I had,
If you can afford it, you can also get help from your parents.
Simply put, you can live in your parents' house without having to pay rent.
That is a special luck that we often forget and take for granted.
Your parents can feed you meals every day.
That is also a special thing that we are lucky to have.
If we don't have parents who have such conditions, then think about it.
How much more difficult it will be for us?
I tell you this in detail because I want all of you,
when you listen to this podcast,
you can start to see everything around you.
From the smallest things around you,
they are all luck and miracle.
Don't take it for granted.
Because if you compare it to everything else,
many people are luckier than us.
That is really something extraordinary that not everyone can have.
So talking about your parents,
I can't thank you enough.
Although you know that in life,
between children and parents,
there are contradictions,
there are differences on the face of the generation.
However, it is not something that we can say that we can't be grateful for.
No matter how big that difference is,
no matter how far it is,
no matter how far it goes,
the support, the luck that we have,
we should still consider it as luck that we can't deny.
So during my trip to Vietnam,
in addition to the money that I saved for myself while I was working,
I also received support from my parents.
Not only from giving me a place to stay,
to take care of me during my daily meals,
but also from sponsoring and supporting me in the expenses,
when I need to go to the hospital,
or when I need to travel,
as well as everything that can be supported by money.
My parents also supported me a lot.
And this is something that I am very grateful for.
The second thing I want to talk about is on a spiritual level.
Although my parents can support me physically,
but as you know,
between parents and children,
sometimes there are differences.
And I have been like that since I was a child.
And of course, I don't need to change my mind
and my understanding or perception of my parents.
That is very difficult, guys.
When we are living in a generation that is as mature as today,
with technology,
with the approach of modernity,
and sometimes we have too many things that we can't accept,
then we are forced to accept those who have lived in the past.
So I am very lucky when it comes to my spirit,
my thoughts, my decisions.
Although my thoughts are not the same as my parents' thoughts,
I have empathy for my relatives.
Although they are not the same bloodline as me,
they understand me very well.
It's like they grew up with me,
they feel me,
they love me,
and they are always there to listen to me
and to be a role model for me whenever I need it.
One of the problems that has contradictions and differences
between me and my family
is in my treatment method.
I have chosen my own way,
but of course because my parents are very worried about me,
so they want me to follow that path.
But I chose to follow my own path.
At that time, I had to face a lot of pressure from my family in that decision.
But luckily, I have friends who are very special to me.
They are always by my side at that time.
They are a very strong role model for me.
They support all my decisions.
They are the place where when I have a problem in my mind,
I can find them.
They can only sit there and listen,
and share with me.
Sharing here is sometimes not that they have to say something,
but their presence there,
I can feel that they are listening,
they are feeling me,
and that's enough for me.
There are things that we cannot change by action, by substance.
The spiritual support to me is very big.
Because when we are at the bottom of our emotions,
we play with it,
we don't even know if our path is right or not.
We are still doubting,
we are still afraid of our decisions.
When we are at the bottom of our emotions,
we sometimes don't believe in ourselves,
but they are the ones who believe in us the most.
They put their faith in us.
They believe and support all our decisions.
For me, that has a great spiritual value.
That's all you need to keep you calm,
so that you can make adjustments,
as well as the best choices you can make for yourself.
The first person I want to mention is my friend's mother.
After that, I saw her as my second mother.
I and my best friend have been together for more than 20 years.
My friend's mother meets us often,
and is quite close to us.
However, I never thought that one day,
we would have a close relationship,
just like a mother and her child.
She can even feel the pain of my sadness,
just like she feels for her best friend.
She also said that she has never had such a feeling before.
It's like a spiritual connection.
It's the same for anyone, except for my friend.
This is very special.
You have to understand that only when you love someone very much,
you must love that person very much,
so that you can have this kind of spiritual connection.
I don't think you can have this kind of connection
just because you love someone.
So to me, she is not just my friend's mother,
but also my second mother.
I don't remember when,
but the conversations between me and my friend's mother
became so easy,
and so close.
I feel like she understands everything I say.
And above all,
I see that she is a very open-minded person.
And she listens to everything I say.
If there is something that she has never heard before,
or finds it difficult to understand,
I can see that she is processing it,
taking it very seriously,
and slowly thinking about it.
It appears on her face,
not like my relatives who immediately oppose it.
This gives me a very special feeling.
You have to know that when you share something with someone,
whether they are listening to you or not
is extremely important.
Whether they judge you or not is even more important.
It will decide the next story you want to share with them.
And just like that,
the conversation between me and my friend's mother
happens every day.
We see each other every day,
or we call each other every day
so that she can check in to see if we are okay or not.
And just like that,
the relationship gets more and more intense.
She loves me more and more,
and she takes care of me as if I were her daughter.
Sometimes when I'm at home and I'm sick,
she doesn't even have to call me,
but she has a very special feeling about me.
She feels something in me
and she thinks I'm sick.
And in fact, I'm really sick.
She comes to my house and cooks for me.
She cooks a lot of delicious food
and buys a lot of food that I like.
And especially, she is very attentive
and spends time looking for organic food for me.
Because she knows I'm eating
in a very clean and organic way.
So she is very attentive
and spends a lot of time
looking for those fruit foods for me.
She brings them to my house.
And you have to understand that
there are days when I practice dancing
and when I come back to my room,
there is a lady who has already cooked a meal
or brought a lot of delicious food
and put it in the fridge or washed it clean
and put it on the table for me.
I have never had that experience in my life.
So it makes me feel a little uncomfortable at first.
It's not that I don't like it
but I don't know how to accept it.
I feel very embarrassed.
And I told her that.
And she gave me another way of thinking.
She told me not to think too much about it.
This is just a matter of love
and she wants to take care of me.
Don't think too much about it.
She taught me a lot of things in this story.
And it's related to my problem.
It's about giving and receiving.
It's very easy for me to give.
But I don't know how to receive.
I find it very difficult to receive something from someone.
I feel overwhelmed.
I don't know how to process it.
So when I received too many things
it's not just material
but it's too much emotion.
So I don't know how to face it
and handle it.
But she taught me how to accept it.
And since then I feel more comfortable
and accept things from someone
compared to the past.
It's not just an experience of love
but I learned a very important lesson
in my life.
I didn't know how to accept it
and I never thought about it again.
She loves me like a friend.
She worries and thinks.
She's not like my second mom.
I often joke that
she and I are mother and daughter.
She can feel my thoughts
and emotions when she hasn't met me yet.
She takes care of me.
I think it's great.
It's amazing.
I've been independent
in taking care of myself
even when I was young.
So I think it's special.
I'm not used to it.
But when I open my heart to her
I feel so happy.
But I can't tell her everything.
It's just a small part
of my experience at home.
I've never thought
that I could develop
such a special relationship.
Next is about my sister.
She's my classmate
that I met in Saigon.
I've known her for many years
and we're close.
But because we've been abroad for a while
we don't get to know each other
as much as we do in Vietnam.
But when I came back
I realized that
she's not just a friend
but a sister to me.
She's like my mother.
She takes care of me
and takes care of my health.
She even takes care of me
when I want to go out for a meal.
But I have to stop myself
because I know it's not good for me.
She reminds me of my experience
when I lived with my grandmother.
When I went to the market
I saw some fruits
that were my favorite.
For example, I love Vietnamese grapes
but not the ones
that are too sweet.
I like sweet and sour grapes.
I also like bananas.
In short, she's very considerate.
Even though I don't ask her
to buy me something
or I don't like this or that
but sometimes she loves me enough
to listen to me and take care of me.
When I go to the market
she always comes to my house
and gives me some fruits.
I feel like she's my sister
because I don't have a sister
but only a brother.
It's a wonderful experience
that I've never had in my life.
My sister usually takes care of me
but I don't know how it feels
when someone takes care of me like that.
We go to the gym together
and we meet almost every day.
In the morning, we have breakfast
and then have coffee.
In the afternoon, we go to the gym
and then we go to the beach and eat together.
It's like my activity chain
is related to her a lot.
That's why I have the chance
to know more about her and myself.
Just like my friend's mother
I don't think that
she has an open mind
in many things like that.
She understands and shares with me
things that I think
not everyone can understand.
Even though I haven't experienced that
but somehow she understands me
in a very strange way
and she doesn't judge my decisions.
She supports everything I choose to do
and even gives me a lot of help.
The most important thing
besides the love and care she gives me
like a sister to a sister
is that I feel like
I can be myself completely
because she always shows the truth.
She gives people the feeling
that she is always herself.
She doesn't need to pretend
she doesn't need to show off
she doesn't need to show this and that.
I can always see her
open-mindedness in her soul.
I have never seen that
from any girl I have ever met.
It's a surprise to me
because I have known her for many years
but I have never had a chance
to know her so deeply.
When we talk to each other
I can see her sincerity.
You know, when you hang out with someone
it's very important
because the way they treat you
also affects the way you treat them.
For example,
even though you have a simple life
but if you hang out with someone
and they treat you badly
even though they don't mean it
they sometimes have some secrets
in their show-off.
Even though that show-off
is not negative
but girls usually do that
I don't have that.
If you hang out with someone
and they treat you badly
it will make you feel uncomfortable
and there will be 2 options.
1. You don't hang out with that person
2. If you continue to hang out with that person
it will lead to
you talking and reacting
in the same way
as if you want to show off
to prove yourself
because you are influenced
by what that person says.
That's why relationships
especially friendship
are very important.
You don't have to hang out with a lot of people
even though they are few
but they have to be high quality
and they have to feed you
and you have to feed them
and when 2 souls are in sync
and share the same thoughts
they will feed each other
and if in a relationship
there is a quarrel
or a fight
when you hang out with that person
you will feel it's not you
it's not you
for example
you want to praise that person
because you are good
but when they see you succeed
or you are good
even though they are your best friend
they still want to praise you
or you can feel
that they have something
against you
at some point
you don't want to praise that person
you don't want to support that person
it's an interaction
and I think
if you understand
what I'm saying
I feel like
I don't have anything to hide
I've been honest
I don't hide anything
but for me
when I'm with you
I don't have any feelings
I don't want to praise you everyday
because it's like
they are living in your house
even though 3 people live in 3 different houses
but I always feel like
I'm taken care of
to the point that
it's like 3 people live in the same house
to let you know how lucky I am
because if you
don't live in Vietnam
you don't know this or that
and there are many things
you will understand that
this help is too much
even your family can't help you
but for me
I feel like I'm being taken care of
in my house
this is beyond my imagination
because I can't imagine
or even 2-3 years ago
my friend's mom
and my friend's sister
become like my family
and they can feel the pain
and the joy
but I know
they don't say it
when they see me
but I feel like
they are feeling it
and they are always there
in the moment that I feel like
I'm in the bottom
and the spirit is very important
if you don't have the spirit
you can't get through
the hardest time in your life
even if you are supported
but imagine
you have to face a lot of hard decisions
and you feel like you can't find
empathy or support
they are always there
to support you
they don't force you to do this
or that
they are always there
and they always trust you
with all the decisions you make
and they are always here
if they can do something for you
they will do it
if you need help
or something they can do
to make you happy
they are always there
and they never judge you
and they don't force you to do this or that
they respect your decision
I feel like
I've seen in foreign movies
when a child has a health issue
in a treatment
or something
the parents will agree
and support the child
they just give their opinion
but they always listen
and respect the decision
I don't have that feeling
in my relationship
I don't have that feeling
in my relationship
with these two special people
I call them my lovebirds
because no matter what time I call them
or whatever time
they are always there
and they are always ready
not only physically
but also mentally
so whenever I need them
they are always there
for me this is very meaningful
I don't know if I can find this
in other relationships
I can't say it all
but it's just one of the small things
that I want to share today
so you can understand
when you face big decisions
you don't know what to do
I am one of the examples
when I come back
I always think I will be alone
I will always be alone
but when I listen to myself
I follow the voice
inside me
and when I really listen
and follow it
there are always help
sent to me
they are two special people
I feel like they are angels
they have been in my life
and they are always there
when I need them
they are always there
for me this is a very special experience
and I want to make this podcast
about this experience
and about these two special people
in the next episodes
I will continue to talk about
the special people
the help that I have
but in this episode
I just want to talk about
these two special people
because it is almost continuous
during my time in Vietnam
they accompany me in every second
and their help
I can't express it in words
and I can't count it
in numbers
because their help to me is too big
and it takes me through many obstacles
as well as deep feelings in life
I remember the days I cried
the days I wanted to give up
I can't express it to anyone
I can't share it with my family
I always have them by my side
they are like my mother
they are always there for me
so I believe that
when you live with yourself
and listen to your inner voice
and follow it
you will always receive
amazing support
and you will never think
that you will be helped
and loved like that
there are so many amazing things
that happen to me every day
during my time in Vietnam
that I can't describe
for example
when I was buying fruits
and they were out of stock
I had to find a place
to buy them
and when I got home
my mom or my friend
bought them for me
and they were found
in another place
and when you think of a dish
that you crave for
and you don't know where to buy it
when you get home
it's already in your house
for me it's so amazing
this love and support
it's not just about the spirit
it's about the essence
I feel so lucky
so guys
in your life
when you doubt about this universe
doubt about this life
doubt that you will never be loved
keep that thought
because you are a witness
but it comes from your action
when you dare to act
when you dare to live for yourself
when you dare to listen to your inner voice
your true voice
you will always be supported
I will see you in the next episode
and talk about the amazing things
the amazing relationships
that I have met during my stay in Vietnam
that I couldn't find out
so I will see you in the next episode
