WIll Hardy Pleased with Utah Jazz Effort Despite 120-113 Overtime Loss to Pelicans

That's a really hard fought game. I'm really proud of the team. You know, for us to be in that game, shooting the ball the way that we did, it speaks to the effort and the toughness the team showing. I thought for a majority of the game, we guarded at a really high level. You know, we've got to keep doing a better job with our hands on these contact plays. Like we're getting our hands caught in and we've got to break that trend. But The defense and the effort, I thought, was terrific. Terrific. You know, it's hard to keep guarding a team that plays with that much force when the ball is not going in. And we generated a lot of good looks. You know, I believe the shooting is going to turn. So we have to stay on our process offensively. And, you know, we haven't gotten the results that we want. Our team's improving. Moving. We're better than we were two weeks ago. And the connection of the team, the toughness of the team is continuing to show. They're competing. You know, I feel for the guys tonight. Like, they wanted that one bad. And they're doing the work necessary to get a good result. And so we've got to just stay on it.
