Ingredients :
White Sticky Rice (Don't use fortified rice) : 1 Kg.
Barley Malt : 1 - 1.5 Cup
Pure Water (avoid chlorinated water for best result) : 2 - 3 Litres
Sparkling Wine Yeasts : 4 gms.
Sugar : 1 Tsp.
Warm Water : 50 ml.
