He was actually employed as an officer for the Old Orchard Police Department in Maine. According to Fox News, the illegal John Luke Evans tried to illegally purchase a gun, which triggered an alert to ATF. Evans reportedly lawfully entered the U.S. in September 2023, but overstayed his visa. when he never left on his departure flight scheduled for October 1st 2023, John Luke Evans not only broke U.S. immigration law but he also illegally attempted to purchase a firearm. Shockingly, Evans was employed as a local law enforcement officer The fact that a police department would hire an illegal alien and unlawfully issue him a firearm while on duty would be comical if it weren't so tragic. You see here him being sworn in with his sidearm on his hip. Crazy. ICE continued, quote, we have a police department that was knowingly breaking the law. They are charged with enforcing in order to employ an illegal alien. God bless you and yours, folks. These people in the Northeast have some serious issues.
