A quick video to show the picking of the winners for the recent give away. There were 12 winners of the Cloverleaf Absolute Pond Pearls and 1 winner of the Blagdon Amphibious IQ 9000 pond pump. Pond Pearls: http://geni.us/c4i6j Amphibious IQ 9000: http://geni.us/9ByCf5F The winners emails have already been sent out and so far every prize has been claimed except one for the Absolute Pearls - this video is basically to how the winners were picked (and to show there is nothing dodgy going on...)
If you've enjoyed this video please check out the playlists on my channel for hundreds more - on a variety of subjects. Feel free to share or link any of my videos on facebook, twitter, forums etc. for the benefit of anyone you think may also enjoy watching. See you next time. Pondguru
Hello there, welcome back. In this video I'm just going
to quickly pick the winners for the Absolute Cloverleaf Pond Pearls,
which are like a bacterial additive for your ponds or large aquariums,
and also for the Blagdon Amphibious IQ Pump.
This one was open worldwide, apart from Australia and New Zealand
because of their import laws regarding live bacteria and so on.
The pump was only available to be won by people in the UK.
That was purely down to the shipping costs
because it would cost me a fortune to send that out.
There is a list of all the people that entered, 129 of them.
I've assigned them a number from 1 to 129
and I'm just going to use a random number generator
on my phone now to pick the winners.
First 12 will be for the absolute pearls,
the last one unlucky 13 or in this case lucky 13.
will be for the pond pump
and remember that one it's got to be in the UK.
Yeah I'll just show you that.
That's basically just a random number generator on my phone.
So let's start. First one is 82
and that is Jenny West-Macott.
She's in UK because
that's btinternet.com. 82.
I'm actually going to write all these down as I'm going as well
but I'll edit that particular part out
because I don't want this video to go on forever.
Okay, next one.
104. Matthew
Chadwick.
Next one. 69.
Dude, that is
Maria Parrott.
75. Mary Ann.
113. James
McAllister. 63.
Mark Clifford.
38. Brian James.
76. Matthew
Parker. 87.
Darrell Hobden.
67. Tony Ridley.
115, I don't know, Hardcore Henry, that was the answer,
Gabrielle Hernandez, and the last one is 24, Philip Pace, or Phil Pace,
I know him because I've communicated with him many a time,
in fact I recognise quite a lot of these names, and a lot of you
do have ponds, there was actually some very very good photos sent
to me along with the entries, so I think I'm going
to produce a series where you actually get the chance to
To either make a short video
or a collection of pictures or something like that,
which I can put out on my channel and give you a bit of exposure.
Because there's a lot of people who've
got really, really nice looking ponds
that deserve to be seen by a bigger audience, you know.
Anyway, that's down the line.
Okay, the winner for the pump is...
117,
Christian Norton.
Okay, that's good news for Christian Norton.
It appears that he is in the UK.
I didn't send his address, which I didn't ask for,
but in the picture that he sent,
where he's got a little patio pond
and he's saying he's going to build a bigger pond,
I recognise the patio stones that are available
in one of our big DIY outlets.
So that's good. He is the winner of the pump.
Everybody else is the winner of the gel balls.
Please send me your full address and your telephone number
because I'll need that to book these in with a courier.
I'll send you an email because I've got all your email addresses here
because entries were by email so if you haven't heard from me
by the time this video comes out please get in touch with me.
I'll put my email address in the video description.
Well there you go that's the end of another giveaway.
There will be more to come.
Some will just be for the UK, some will be worldwide,
and in the next week, possibly two weeks,
depending on when I can get the video edited,
I will bring you this idea that I've got about promoting
your particular channels or Facebook groups,
or basically whatever you've got going on on my channel, because I like
to give people who help other people more exposure wherever I can.
Thanks very much for watching, see you next time.
