The following letter was sent to Letitia James' attorney, who previously wrote Pam Bondi, stating that Letitia may have made some errors and or mistakes in some of her FHA and PPP Beep, beep, paperwork. But it was all in good faith. Not this time, Felicia. I mean, Letitia. Being an Attorney General, she should know that ignorance of the law and errors and mistakes do not remove any liability in any way when it comes to being punished for your illegal actions. I believe that your admission regarding Letitia James' conduct indicates that she is serious about addressing the problems presented in the referral. After all, her approval of your letter includes the admission, although she likely did not expect it to be published. At this time, Letitia James would best serve the good of the state and nation by resigning from office to address the issue in the referral. A resignation from office would give the people of New York and America more peace than proceeding. I would take this as an act of good faith.
