Now, she could be charged with several crimes, including public intoxication, including disorderly conduct. I could make a list as long as my arm, but instead, she gets detained because, as she says, I'm an AG, I'm an AG, I'm an AG. The body cam, you have to turn it off, and that's her protocol. Now, by this point, any of us would have been slammed to the ground, obviously, charged with at least disorderly conduct and public intoxication, along with probably resisting arrest, which is a felony.
