A Modesto man led deputies on a pursuit. See bodycam footage from the incident

Get on the ground! Put your hands out like an airplane. Is there anybody else in that truck? Hands where I can see them now! Hands out like an airplane! Control 6L4 being bagged. I'm flying now. We'll wait for one more to take them. Put your hands out like an airplane. We got an AR man. We got an AR man. I wish I hadn't had to run but I was trying to get my trip to my girl. Cause she's the only person I got to hang. Just work that out. You got an A on it. I'm starting console. I wish I didn't have to run, but I was trying to get my tip to my girl, because she's the only person I got down here. I would have worked that out. So I'm told that you keep guns on you or in the car. We found a rifle magazine, which makes me believe it. Whether or not you have the gun on you right now, I don't know. We let you put your hands down to get yourself down to the ground. Put your hands up, and then you reached in here, and that's where you're falling off. I don't know if you're about to grab it or pulling it out of your sweater or what you're doing. Well, I don't know why you put your hand in there, but that's when I showed you what they're doing there.
