Jacob Mizorowski among the players,
of course, up on the top of the bus.
Sam Kramer's been able to catch up with some of these guys.
Let's hear him with The Miz.
How you feeling, Miz?
This is amazing.
This is awesome.
So much fun.
Look out at all these people.
You guys are World Series champs.
They've been waiting for this forever.
What's it feel like to be on top of this bus right now?
It's amazing. It's a lot of fun.
It's awesome to have this city behind us and celebrate with us.
It means a lot to these fans, so it's amazing.
Have you slept at all after going to Lambeau
and winning the night before?
No, not at all. We're running on probably two or three hours.
You guys did so well this year, clinching everything on the road.
Seeing this reaction now, can you imagine what it would have
been like if you guys won it at AmFam?
Oh, it would have been crazy. It would have been insane.
This place might have, that stadium might have blown up.
It would have been crazy.
It's crazy.
How important is this day going to be in the rest of your life,
not knowing where the career goes from here?
I mean, this is the pinnacle.
This is what you play for, so it's a lot of fun.
And then, do you have anything special planned at the rally?
I know you're talking WWE at some point, so...
Yeah, maybe, maybe. We'll see.
All right.
Ah, the doors that are being opened to the World Series champions.
Give up the commissioner's trophy.
He's had it for a couple blocks now, Tim.
He's raising it again, showing the crowd.
A big part of the postseason success, T.L. Hall.
And that's the thing about this list.
There aren't many guys up there who can
say, well, I didn't have a hand in this.
I did. I did. I did. I did.
It was across the board.
CC Sabathia, after they clinched
the World Series the other night, said,
MVP, make it the whole team.
And I think that's one of the things we have acknowledged
and should continue to acknowledge with this team.
People in baseball respect the Brewers
and the way the Brewers have put this together with the payroll,
the way they've worked through the bird-dogging
and getting to the championship.
There's the skipper, Pat Murphy, two-time,
possibly three-time Manager of the Year.
We'll find out shortly, enjoying it with his family.
It's his team.
You know, we talk about all these guys.
So many of the players have talked about being able
to perform at their highest level
because of the way the manager has dealt with them this year
or in their years in the organization.
That is his adult son, right, Kai,
who plays in the San Diego Padres organization?
Yep, Kai is a minor leaguer in the Padres organization.
It was very unusual for them when, of course,
the Brewers were playing the Padres in the National Division Series.
He's taking a break, by the way, right now.
He's playing in the Mexican League, and he was allowed to come home.
He said, look, I've got to go home for this.
My dad won the World Series.
Can I be excused?
He's been along for these games.
He's been along here to see part of the ride.
He has an interest in being in baseball in the future as well.
How much are you gaining to have a front row for all of this?
It gives you a little incentive, I think, if you're a player,
to do everything you can for this moment.
