Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting Recipe, How to make Marshmallow Frosting - Зефирный Kрем

Hi guys, welcome to Ada's Yummy Food and today I will show you a very easy video tutorial on how to make marshmallow frosting. It's one of my favourite frostings and I love to put it on cakes, I've got a cake so I just eat it out of the jar. So the first thing we're going to do, we're going to place our water into a small pan and add all the sugar until it all dissolves. The next thing we're going to do is whisk our egg whites. I've got 5 egg whites here at room temperature and I'm using a stand mixer but you can do it with your electrical mixer. And we're going to whisk it for about 5 minutes until it starts to foam. Once you see that your egg whites started to foam nice and soft peaks, we're just going to add our syrup slowly dripping in and mixing on a very high speed for about 5 minutes. Once your meringue is nice and stiff, we're going to add butter very slowly into small chunks and you will see they will start to separate but you just need to keep whisking on a very high speed. I'm just going to add a little bit in there now. Okay now it's all done, you can see it's all come together and it's very nice and easy to spread. So we're just going to transfer that into a jar.
