Well, well, well. Look what just surfaced here.
A federal memo. I mean, you can't even make this
stuff up. Dated February 9th. Not last week.
February 9th. In fact, from Homeland Security
Investigations to the State Department, guys.
Oh, and the subject line. Ilhan Omar. That's right.
Democrats spent all fall calling this a witch hunt.
Turns out that the witch hunters had apparently
Quietly doing some paperwork for a good eight months.
Very spooky.
Lots of staplers.
Oh, and the memo, it asks for every passport application
that Ilhan Omar ever filed.
Every document about her parents.
Oh, everything, guys.
In fact, it names her in a federal investigation
into false statements on a passport and falsely
claiming U.S. citizenship.
Oh, then one last line, guys.
Kind of like tossed in there like
a mint on a pillow at a high-end hotel.
She may be amenable to civil denaturalization.
Translation, Uncle Sam may want his citizenship
back. Oh, and keep the receipt.
So Glenn Beck, he got the memo. CNN got, they got a strong
lead on a new airport salad.
The Pulitzer committee is absolutely pacing, guys. Oh,
and the money. The congresswoman went on MSNOW
to say that her family is barely making it.
Shocking. And you may want to go ahead and sit down for this.
Her husband's winery flopped,
his marijuana farm flopped, and his partner sued, and he
was flat broke, right up until a man from India
of all places wrote him an $11 million
check.
$11 million, guys.
You can't even make this stuff up.
My buddy Gary won't even spot me 12 bucks for lunch,
and he got some rando over in India
cutting him an $11 million check?
I don't even understand that part.
Then, of course, President Donald Trump,
he stepped up at a rally and he ultimately read
her name. The other one, slowly,
kind of like a substitute teacher taking roll call and
ultimately told Speaker Mike Johnson that her seat is finished.
Oh yes, he dropped the word to House Speaker Mike Johnson.
In fact, the crowd absolutely
lost its mind. And Mike Davis, you know,
the man who helped staff President Trump's Justice
Department. Well, he is betting
that she's indicted before Christmas. Merry Christmas,
Ilhan Omar. Santa is checking his list at least twice.
So is the DOJ. Well, today, guys,
the memo, the math that she flunked in her own book,
the judge Democrats can't blame
the money and why Minnesota saw it coming first.
Well, before we get started, if you
We'll see you
next time.
Phone number is in the description down below.
You should see it on your screen as well.
And I also left you a link.
They're saving the average senior about $1,100 a year.
Phone number is 909-563-8279.
And now it's time to hit subscribe.
Seriously, it's totally free.
It's just one click.
And unlike certain paperwork in this story,
no federal agent will ever ask to see it.
And if we deliver, go ahead and hit the like button.
Totally appreciate you guys.
So picture it, a plain federal government office,
fluorescent lights, bad coffee,
horrible coffee. I don't even know where they got this from.
Oh, and one sheet of paper sliding
across the desk. February 9th, 2026.
From Homeland Security Investigations to the State Department.
Not a press release, not a tweet, a memo.
Someone inside the administration snapped a photo of it
and they got it to Glenn Beck.
Now, Glenn Beck, he can't show you the photo, so he did the very
He read it out loud, word for word, on air.
Now, here's what should keep Democrats up at night.
This memo was written eight months before agents ever showed up
at Ilhan Omar's door.
Eight months.
Quietly. No noise. No drama.
Just paperwork piling up like snow in a Minneapolis driveway.
Oh, and CNN? That's right.
CNN has sources everywhere, allegedly. I mean, they had eight
whole months. They found a fascinating story about
a raccoon in a Starbucks. True journalism.
So what did the feds actually ask for?
Well, buckle up, guys. Certified, complete,
unredacted, every passport application that Ilhan Omar has ever filed.
Personal ones, official ones, every supporting document,
every letter, anything that identifies
her parents. Picture a cardboard file box.
Now, picture somebody at the state department
filling that cardboard file box, one stamped page at a time.
Thump, thump, just hitting it.
Now, somewhere a shredder is sweating, and the memo says exactly why.
She is named as the subject
of a criminal and civil investigation
into two possible federal crimes. One,
Making a false statement on a
passport application, but two, falsely claiming U.S. citizenship.
This is the kicker, guys.
That last line, the last line,
she may be amenable to civil denaturalization. Now,
this is a fancy way of saying the government may try
to take her citizenship back. And here's the
thing. If that paperwork turns out to be false from day one,
well, what exactly are they even
taking back? Now, think about it.
You can't repossess a car you never owned.
Let that land for a second.
Now, we have obtained the text of a memo
from Homeland Security Investigations
to the State Department.
It came from a source inside the administration.
We got a photo. I can't show you the photo,
but we are telling you what it says,
how we got it, and you can weigh it for yourself.
It's dated February 9th of this year,
eight months before anybody knocked on a door.
So they've been working on this.
The memo asks the State Department for certified, complete, unredacted
copies of every passport application that Ilhan Omar has ever filed.
Also, personal and official, every supporting document, every letter,
anything that identifies her parents and it says why she
is named as the subject of criminal and civil investigations
for possible violations of two federal laws, making a false statement
on a passport application and falsely claiming U.S. citizenship.
Then one more line. She also may be amenable to civil denaturalization.
That's they're going to try to take her to citizenship away.
You got a friend who always says nothing ever happens
to these people, don't you?
Go ahead and send them this video right now.
Let them watch that file box fill up. I'll wait.
Now, we need to talk about the book
because Ilhan Omar wrote a memoir and according to Glenn Beck,
that memoir might be the Fed's favorite reading material
and let me tell you why. In her own book,
she said she was 8 years old
when the Somali revolution started. Do the math from there.
Glenn Beck says, and she would have been 19 years old
when she arrived in America.
This is not what the paperwork says.
Now, picture it.
Her hardcover memoir open on a desk at the State Department,
a calculator next to it,
a federal agent with a yellow highlighter smiling to himself.
Glenn Beck's point is pretty simple.
A wrong birthday on a passport is not a typo.
It is a federal crime.
Now, there's a lot to this story.
Uh, her...
Her father was a career officer in the Somali Armed Forces.
Um, and that's not what he said.
Uh, so it looks like he came in under false pretenses as well.
Um, and she signed her passport
and every day she puts a false birthday on that form.
That's a crime.
Um, and there's new things that are coming
out now in one of her own books.
She says that she was eight years old when,
uh, the Somali, uh, revolution started.
And that year she was that.
In that year, if she was eight years old, which he said in the book,
that would have made her 19 years old when she came in.
So she lied about her passport.
According to that, try fudging your birthday at the DMV.
See how fast the lady behind the glass
calls security on you. Oh, and then there's her father.
Glenn Beck says that he was a career
officer in the Somali armed forces,
not the story that America was told. Now, you got to admire it,
right? Honestly, most politicians,
they need a whole opposition research to think she did it
She did it herself in hardcover
Now, the name. President Donald Trump says
that the name that she ran under,
the one that she was sworn under, isn't the one in the records.
That's right, guys. The records,
he says, show a different name. Ilmar Noor Saeed Elmi.
Elmi, guys. Now, I want you to remember that
name because we're going to come back to it, okay?
Because Elmi is also the last name of
Ahmed Noor Saeed Elmi, the man that she married.
Now, critics have claimed,
For years, that that is really her brother.
She denies it, of course.
But according to President Donald Trump,
when she was asked flat out whether she married
her brother, her answer was, well, not to my knowledge.
Now, picture the microphone, guys.
Picture the pause.
The longest three seconds in Minnesota history.
President Trump says that that's the line
that the lawyers teach you when the honest
answer could land your butt in hot water.
It keeps you out of legal trouble.
Not political trouble.
Now, here's the thing, folks.
Most Americans can answer, is that your brother,
without calling a lawyer first.
It's really not a hard question.
This is Thanksgiving.
Every time he talks about you,
he will casually say something wild about you.
Like, he will tweet, Bill and Omar,
she married her brother, blah, blah, blah.
You see that, you think to yourself, boy, that sounds odd.
It seems unlikely that she married her brother.
There are right-wing people who believe that this man was your brother.
You have called it a disgusting lie.
Who was this man that was your husband?
When did they start saying that he was your brother?
Why?
It started with the Somali blog that I don't know if it still exists,
but somebody put in there that, you know,
that he had to have been my brother or something to that effect.
And right wing conspiracy theorists in Minneapolis got a hold of it
and they just kind of went and like found random people who are like,
she introduced us, you know,
she introduced him to us and said he was her brother, which is.
You know, it's insane.
I mean, I don't I don't know those people that they talk about.
He was not you were not related to him at all.
Not that there's not some weird kernel of truth that through some game.
Not to my knowledge.
That was the big gotcha.
Right.
In terms of what you're talking about,
promising like we're going to nail her on the marriage.
Yeah, that was the source of the immigration fraud.
Now, picture a packed rally. Thousands of people, flags everywhere,
somebody's grandma in the front row, red hat on, ready to rumble.
President Donald Trump steps up, no notes, no teleprompter,
and he reads her name, the other one, slowly. Ilhan Noor Saeed Elmi.
Kind of like a teacher taking attendance
who already knows who skipped the class.
Oh, and the crowd absolutely explodes.
The crowd was bananas, guys.
Then President Trump lays it out.
She used a different name to get sworn in, so she should resign.
Resign today.
At a rally in Sioux City, Iowa last night,
President Trump suggested that Omar's days in Congress are numbered,
citing the fact, as disclosed in court filings
by the administration yesterday,
as we just reported, that Omar's real name is Ilhan Norsad Al-Elmi.
With a surname identical to her brother's.
Ilhan Omar, not a person I've ever been particularly fond of.
That her name is not Ilhan Omar,
the one that she used to get elected and sworn into Congress.
In other words, she used the name Ilhan Omar,
but rather it's an entirely different name.
Iran Nur Syed Al-Mi, slightly different than Ilhan.
So it's not looking good because...
She used a fake name to be sworn in.
I assume she must immediately have to resign from Congress.
Oh, and then he sends a message straight
to Speaker of the House Mike Johnson.
The Democrat Party has just conceded her seat.
Conceded, like a parking spot at Costco. Now,
remember guys, Kevin McCarthy already yanked
her off the Foreign Affairs Committee back in 2023.
Democrats called it cruel. Absolutely outrageous.
A dark day for democracy. Well, it turns out it
was just a little early.
Kevin McCarthy, he started the sentence. President Donald J.
And now…
We got to talk about the money.
Ilhan Omar, she went on MS Now and told America her family's out
here struggling, barely making it, scraping by.
Bless her heart, right? What is your financial
situation? I mean, it's, you know, working,
working class, I guess, like paycheck to paycheck
still. You know, we've got four kids and, you know,
we live, I think, like a basic life. I have
Toyota Camry, that's from 2016, it's my only car.
I'm not sure what you're talking about.
I rent my D.C. place and my Minneapolis place.
And so, I mean, I don't know, that sounds like,
you know, not majority of Congress,
but there's some of us that don't come
from wealth and don't have wealth.
Is that a big divide in Congress?
It is.
Yeah, because you have, like, the millionaires.
And then you have those of us, you know, when we first went
to Congress, had to borrow money to find a place to sleep.
It's expensive, actually, to live in two places.
Yeah.
Then, of course, you got to listen
to what Glenn Beck is saying actually happened.
Her husband owned a winery.
It went bust.
And then he invested in a marijuana farm.
Also went bust.
Wine and weed.
And he still lost money.
Now, that takes some real talent.
I mean, how do you lose money selling weed?
His business partners sued him for a mountain of cash.
He said he was broke, flat broke,
couch cushion level broke. And then out of nowhere,
a man from India writes him an $11 million check.
India. Nobody knows why. And poof, the lawsuit.
And even the people who got paid are scratching
their heads. Wait a second. How? You said you had nothing.
Must be nice to have friends who
tip like that. If you lose your job,
the bank comes and takes your truck.
She loses a winery. Some random stranger mails them $11 million.
And this is before anybody
explains the $30 million financial disclosure discrepancy
that reportedly vanished. All this
happened in Minnesota, where money already has
a very funny habit of just kind of walking off.
Follow the money, guys. It never lies.
Her finances are under investigation and her finances are
Crazy.
crazy. She was just on, um, I'm trying to find all of this.
She was just on, uh, MS now and
she's doing an interview and she's like,
you know, we're, we're poor. We're just barely,
you know, making it wait, wait, wait, what?
So her husband had a winery and also was an
investor in some marijuana farm.
And, uh, they apparently both went broke.
And so now his partners were suing him for an awful lot of money
and he wasn't able to pay it because he was broke.
And then suddenly this guy comes in from India
and writes him an eleven million dollar check.
We don't know why, why the check
was written for him, et cetera, et cetera.
But all of a sudden he paid off and made those,
you know, those lawsuits litigation go away.
So there's something to be asked about that.
Um, uh, and the, the people who were paid off are like,
how did that work?
He was claiming he had no money whatsoever.
How did he pay all of us off?
So they're looking into her, uh,
finances as well, uh, as well, because they are.
Really suspicious. Really suspicious.
Now, here's who isn't surprised by any of this.
Minnesota. Now, for years,
folks have watched their fraud scandals pile up like snowdrifts.
Remember Feeding Our Future?
Hundreds of millions of dollars meant
to feed hungry kids is gone. Programs drain,
money missing, and nobody in charge ever seemed
to know a damn thing. Well,
Minnesotans did everything right.
They voted, they called, they wrote letters,
They showed up at town halls and parkas.
And the national media treated like it was a local weather report.
Cold in Minneapolis, film at 11.
Now picture a taxpayer in St. Paul,
kitchen table, opening yet another tax bill,
wondering where last year's money actually went.
Well, it turns out a lot of it went on vacation,
permanently, with no return ticket.
Minnesota wasn't paranoid.
Minnesota was early.
Oh, and the rest of the country, they're just now catching up.
Now, we got to talk about the raid.
Not a tweet, not a Fox News hit, not a strongly worded letter.
Federal agents on the porch, knocking at her door.
And Democrats, of course, Democrats ran the usual playbook.
Witch hunt, Trump's revenge, rogue judge.
But there's just one small problem with that.
A raid, like to raid a house, you actually need a warrant.
To get a warrant, a judge has to look at the evidence.
And agree that there's probable cause.
Now, according to the intel, the judge
who actually signed this one was appointed by
Democrats, connected to the Obama administration.
Three weeks before an election, guys, shockingly,
and please sit down for this one, a Democrat
judge looked at the evidence and said, go.
Wow.
Now, picture the pen hovering over the signature line.
Click.
The rogue Trump judge talking point.
It just died on the courthouse steps.
Nobody brought flowers.
And now...
To the doomers, I hear you guys. All talk, no action.
I'll believe it when I see handcuffs.
I get it. You've watched big names skate for 20 years.
Even Glenn Beck admits this stuff is hard
to prove, and it's totally fair.
You've been burned before, and so have I. But look at what's
actually on the table.
Eight months of quiet work, two federal laws named in writing.
A signed warrant? A real raid?
The Department of Justice doesn't spend 8 months building
a case for a press release if they just wanted headlines,
they would have tweeted something
spicy and gone to lunch.
This one actually has paperwork folks. And the paperwork, as
Ilhan Omar is finding out, is a very dangerous thing.
Now I want to ask the question Washington will not touch.
A member of Congress makes
He makes $174,000 a year.
Plus office budgets, plus travel, all paid for by you.
It's like they get paid $174,000
and they don't even have anything to spend that money on.
They ain't got no bills.
If that paperwork turns out to be false from day one,
Americans are going to want a refund with interest.
And then there are the votes, guys.
Every bill, every committee seat.
What is a vote worth if the person that's casting it
was never eligible to sit there to cast it, right?
Let that land for a second.
Oh, and who helped? Somebody vetted her.
Somebody signed off. A lot of somebody's
probably signed off. In fact, somebody looked the other way.
The machine protecting the machine.
So why hasn't the House kicked her out?
Expulsion takes two-thirds of a vote, guys. That means
Democrats have to join in, and the House Ethics Committee, well,
they're still looking for their reading glasses.
Small little detail, nobody's asking.
Which kind of brings us back to Mike Davis. I mean,
his team helped staff President Trump's Justice Department.
President Trump wanted him as
Attorney General, but the Senate rhinos,
they would have fainted right there on the spot.
His prediction, indicted before Christmas, and then convicted,
denaturalized, expelled from the House, deported.
He says that he'd bet anything on it.
And here's what really sticks in regular Americans' throats.
You fudge one line on a federal form and you get handcuffs.
If these charges are actually proven,
justice means accountability first,
not just a one-way plane ticket.
Oh, and her complaint that her address is out there now?
It's the same crowd that went quiet
when ICE agents' addresses got posted online.
Simple fix.
Don't be a crook.
Midterms are days away.
Who holds the house decides whether any of this sticks.
Meanwhile, the rest of the squad
is quietly double-checking their own paperwork.
Look guys, a memo was written in February,
a box, a file box full of passports, a memoir
with a math problem, an $11 million check that nobody can explain.
Oh, and a Democrat judge who signed the warrant anyway.
CNN missed it. I'm not surprised about
CNN. The machine tried to bury it
and you found it right here on The Ron Yates Show. I want you
to think of that one friend who always says
nothing ever happens to these people. Go ahead
and send them this video. Not to make them mad,
just because I'm pretty sure that they already
are mad. Go ahead and send it
so that they know that this time somebody's actually doing the
paperwork. And if we deliver today,
hit the like button on the way out. One second, zero dollars,
No federal investigation required.
San is checking his list.
So is the DOJ.
Merry Christmas, Il-Han.
