Before I got rid of this treadmill, I thought it would be quite helpful to make a quick review on it! I loved this treadmill and had many good years of usage out of it. I would definitely recommend it!

good morning guys so good morning guys
so today i'm just going to review
my old treadmill before i throw it away
and get rid of it uh it was a really good treadmill so
i just wanted to review it if anyone's looking
to buy a similar treadmill to this one i think
the information will be quite helpful
so this treadmill was called a body train track speed
5000 so when i broke this treadmill i tried
to find another one to buy the exact same model
because i liked it so much
but they no longer sell it in this country anymore so
I was quite disappointed, but I ended up getting
this beast, which was a nightmare.
But overall, this was an excellent treadmill.
The speakers were terrible, but I never used it,
and I wouldn't recommend buying a treadmill
for the speakers, because they're never going to be high quality.
The programs were also not very good.
They're just standard, generic little workouts,
so it's better just to program your own workout.
The main thing I liked about this treadmill
was the engine, the motor, and it was three
horsepower.
That's my number one advice
when buying a treadmill, so make sure you get a...
A minimum three horsepower engine,
but if you get any less, I find that treadmills
tend to struggle a bit, especially if you're running
for a long time. If you're overweight,
the engine's going to be working too hard,
so I'd say minimum three horsepower
for a treadmill engine. That's why I got
this one in the first place. The running mat was
really wide on this treadmill as well.
To be honest, you don't really need a wide
treadmill mat, but I found it quite helpful.
I did start to have a couple of problems with
the running belt. After about four years,
it started to slip, so when I was running
jolt forward and slip but i managed to fix
this problem by tightening the running belt so if you
have any problems like that just make sure you check
the running belt is tight but yeah it's
still going strong even after about five
or six years i can't remember exactly where i bought it
the only reason it broke was because
a water balloon came out of nowhere and hit me and
exploded all over the treadmill motherboard
and it just killed the treadmill so sad end
so when i was looking for a new treadmill i found out
all of the treadmills basically
are the same they just have different branding on the top
so if you find a treadmill that has similar specs
to this sort of treadmill then i'd recommend to
get this treadmill for home use
also this treadmill is fairly lightweight it's quite
portable you can fold it up this treadmill
is extremely not portable it's very heavy you can't
fold it so it's kind of stuck there for now forever
so overall this treadmill has served me
extremely well helped me lose a lot of weight
but there are cheaper versions available but
they tend to suffer on the horsepower in the engine
So I'd say it's definitely worth spending maybe
an extra 100 pounds or 200 pounds
to get a more powerful treadmill
so overall I'd definitely recommend a high-end
personal treadmill as opposed to a gym quality treadmill
because of all the issues that came with this treadmill
I just thought I'd make a quick review
as it might be quite helpful to some people.
Especially a lot of people tell me
that they've actually bought a treadmill because of my videos.
so yeah, I hope you find this video interesting
This will probably be the last time
we see this old treadmill serving well, rest in peace old friend
