Is This A Strict HOA Or Something A Little Stranger?

James Kaufman, World News Report today. Mr. Chairman, is this a very strict homeowners association? Or are these people extremely bored sociopaths? This is what was caught on Ring Doorbell when, well, this gentleman had someone come over and we're not quite sure if they spent the night or not. But this is less than 24 hours, and they're getting a visit from the president of the homeowners association and his wife that's been filming the car out front. Anyone who comes into their neighborhood has to check in with the homeowners association president first. If they fail to check in and go to your home, we don't care who it is. It could be your therapist for one hour, he says. Then you're automatically assessed a $150 fine. And, of course, that escalates rather quickly. Let's listen. Y'all tell me what y'all think at the end of this. I don't know if you can see their stuff there. Maybe they're home. Hey, bro. So we got to talk about something. I don't know who, but someone's been over here, right, for over a day. They obviously stayed overnight because their car has been in the driveway overnight. And according to the HOA policy, states that any visitor visiting, whether family, friends, lawyers, therapists, you name it, has to check in with the HOA. And who's the HOA? Well, that's me, okay? Yeah, this is a serious problem that has to get resolved ASAP, because if not, it's going to lead to more fines. The fine right now for having an additional guest in your house that stayed overnight is $150. Not a dollar fifty, that's a hundred and fifty. My wife's been watching the whole time, right? I need to get this resolved. ASAP, no ifs, ands, or buts. I'll bring the fine by, and then we're going to talk about it, okay? I'll be back in just a little bit, and then we'll discuss things.
