This is a super easy and quick egg bake recipe with mushrooms and spinach. A rustic dish with a delicious combination of flavours and just few ingredients. Today I'll be showing you a super
easy recipe on how to make baked eggs
with spinach and mushroom.
To make this beautiful egg bake with mushroom
and spinach we're going to need two ramekins like that.
And all I'm going to do now is put some spray just so it doesn't stick.
The next thing we're going to do is put our spinach right into the
ramekin inside and we want to press on it because it's quite thick.
Just like that. You can use any mushrooms.
I'm using portobello mushroom.
And what we need to do, we need to peel it off, just like that.
Take the skin from the middle.
And then we also want to remove this middle bit here.
So just move it up and down and it comes off.
Now we're going to cut our mushroom into bite-sized pieces.
The eggs
are ready
to go into
a preheated
oven at 180
degrees for 5
to 10 minutes.
