New York Jails Quietly Releases 7K Dangerous Illegal Aliens That All Have ICE Retainers!

James Kaufman, World News Report Today. New York jails quietly release 7,000 dangerous illegal aliens that all have ICE detainers. These inmates include rapists, killers, terrorists, and repeat offenders. And even though ICE had detainers for every one of these dangerous criminals, zero notice was given to ICE and the criminals were snuck out of jails. We're not talking about just being in the U.S. illegally. We're talking about all these people have been tied to serious criminal offenses. New York's radical sanctuary policies have reached a catastrophic breaking point. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Todd Lyons has issued an explosive letter to New York Attorney General Letitia James demanding immediate action after state and local officials quietly release 7,000 criminal illegal aliens, including rapists, killers, gang members, and repeat offenders, without honoring the ICE detainers, without a single notification to federal authorities. To be exact, New York has released 6,947 criminal illegal aliens back onto the streets of New York. All of these offenders are tied to homicides, thousands of assaults, hundreds of burglaries, hundreds of robberies, hundreds of drug offenses, hundreds of weapon offenses, and hundreds of sexual predatory offenses. Even worse, another 7,113 criminals all remain in New York jails today with active ICE detainers that the state officials continue to ignore. Again, when we say criminals, we're not talking about being in the U.S. illegally. No, these detainees still in custody are tied to hundreds of homicides, homicides, hundreds of assaults, hundreds of burglary cases, robbery cases, hundreds of drug offenses, hundreds of weapons offenses, and hundreds of sexual predatory offenses. This is a full-scale public safety disaster engineered by the far-left officials who deliberately defied federal law and trying to burn the city down. ICE sent an urgent letter to Attorney General Letitia James in September demanding cooperation. She has not responded to date. Letitia James and the rest of these New York officials responsible for these releases should be put under federal jails, not in federal jails. Why does the left insist on putting everyone in New York in extreme danger. I cannot fathom how they must think. Assistant Department of Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin blasted Letitia James and New York's political leadership for releasing predators onto New York streets and have no way of knowing when they will sneak the next batch out.
