Today I'll show you how to make my favorite super easy potato cutlets.
In Russian they're called картофельные котлеты. Very yummy, very easy.

We're going to need potatoes, egg, flour,
salt and pepper, butter and sour cream.
Add your potatoes into a deep pan
and boil the potatoes for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Depending on how big or small
you want your cutlets to be,
just place about a
tablespoon onto your board,
floured board, and we're going to add more flour on top,
just shake it up.
