Preventive Maintenance, sorta, that may turn into a changeout.

on what was billed as a preventive maintenance but it sounds like it's going to be a trouble call we'll see. looks like there's been some water in there. up there i've got oil from you here to here it's leaking upstairs. i turned it on just to make sure everything else is running and we'll check it out here. this is a low pressure switch right about now and it ain't got one if you watch this cool it ain't too bad but let's see what this is two and a half ton from 2006 so 15 years old r22 system that's not going cool at all it's leaking bad upstairs this is either going to be a three or a five looks like a five instead of doing like a preventive maintenance I'm just going to quote him to clean this, see if he wants to change that capacitor, I mean excuse me, the evaporator coil this may turn into a change out we'll see one to replace right at half the price of a new system so maybe on this 16 year old system we'll get a change out
