Searching for an unmarked condenser in an apartment complex

All right, I got to find, I've either got a condenser over there or in here that does not seem to be working. I got two that are running. That's sweating. That one does not seem to be sweating. There's a black widow in there. I want to satisfy the thermostat. This is not the one I'm looking for. It's getting a call, but it ain't running. No voltage. No voltage. Let's see if we uh some kind of short no voltage we got to take a trip upstairs real quick okay that breaker is not tripped it's turned off just gonna omit the ground here's my ground nothing let's put power to it i marked it so we have to make a return well no it's a low one for y'all just charge it up and get her going maybe they can figure out why this thing was turned off
