Changing a coil in a Goodman apartment air handler

Today we are replacing this evaporator coil in one of these Goodman apartment-style air handlers. So let's get to it. There are some pins. There are some pins down here that will allow me to just pull this thing out. I might have to straighten something out, I think. Fold these up or something. These right here. Right, these are my two joints. I got a solder joint right there and a screw joint with a piston. tied it up piston in there let's see if i can't get it out there we go all right i'm to unsolder this i put my heat blanket out there to try to protect that cut this and then go ahead and remove the coal and then unsolder we can just pull this thing out i think i can move these tabs so that they don't stop it bend those up right there we're about to find out i was holding it in i got it out you see i had to do some modifications once i get the other one back in we can straighten that out yeah that's what it looked like when i got done doing that yeah this is what i'm doing thing back out we got this in it's in place you see what i had to do right here to get it in but none of this is very movable so i'm going to cut this off right here and try to swage it out if that don't work we'll use a coupling can y'all see my joint this is what i'm going to use so we're fixing to get to it this up it's right here pressure test piston is in there my teflon seal you forget things and i forgot to put this in now it's holding some pressure let's pump that up a little more it's good now let's bubble search all right i don't hear nothing i don't see nothing let's pull it back here got a vacuum started so we are trying to go try to clean up and put things back together and try to order a new drip pan for this but they sent me the main drain down there so they got me a drip pan on the way and those are pretty easy to replace just under these two screws and you might have to pull these out but it's real easy so i'm just going to come back and do that how about that for a deep vacuum 357 microns all right that one was terribly hard but it wasn't partially because i had to pull all my stuff up and down two flights of stairs to work on it just got cool in there
