Danny Sprinkle on His Current Team

But I thought our guys played hard, like I'm proud of our, you know, our big guys, you know, Lathan, you know, LeJuan and Nico, thought those guys played really hard. You know, there's, I'm sure there's stuff I can, after watching the film, that they can do a lot better, but I thought their effort and their intent was in the right place. Our guards got to play better, you know, I mean, it was, you know, some of them was the first time playing in this gym in front of a crowd, but we still got to shoot the ball better. Our guards were five for 25 and had 10 turnovers, you know, and we only had two in the first half, but we got sloppy in the second half. You know, I mean, and just careless stuff. You know, I thought, you know, Tayshaun, he got tired. You know, that's where, you know, Beasley's going to really help us, you know, where he doesn't have to play those minutes. You know, but just pitching the ball up and the ball's just going through guys' hands and going out of bounds. You know, there were some turnovers that hopefully we don't, you know, see anymore. But, you know, like I said, credit to, you know, Coach Riley and his team. Like, they made the threes, you know, and they played with great energy, especially in that second half. When plays need to be made and shots need to be made, like, they did it. Thank you.
