Welcome to TMZ Live. So, last night, I had a dinner with my buddy Bill Maher. And as he walks into the restaurant, Donald Trump tweets this. It is three pages long. It is 1,300 plus words, this raging tweet about Bill. And it is hilarious. So, I'm not going to say what Bill said because Bill will tell you what he said. And I'll tell you, wherever he says it, you got to watch Bill Maher because he has got a great story. But I'm going to give you this from my point of view. This is one of the funniest, most unhinged things I have seen in a long, long time. So what happened is this. About a week and a half ago, Bill went to dinner at the White House. It's his second visit there. Having dinner with Donald Trump, he was there with Stephen A. Smith. He was there with Kid Rock. They had what Bill says was a four-hour dinner. And and he's talked about it. And Bill said, you know, Trump was respectful, never got angry. Bill expressed his views on a variety of subjects and and a lot. He he was telling Trump a lot. And he's talked about this on his show about things that he was dissatisfied with. And Trump took it in, didn't get upset. And they left and everything was pleasant. Bill had a show on Friday night and said a couple of things that apparently pissed Donald Trump off royally. I'm an optimist. I prefer to think of the president as half sane. Have you seen the ad that many people are calling the lowest ad ever from Ramaswamy? Amy Acton is the Democrat running for governor. Her story, an all too familiar story of when she was 12 years old, her parents split up. Mom gets with the new guy, and the new guy abuses the kids. Okay, Republicans got a hold of the mother, who hasn't even talked to the kid since she was 12, and got her on tape as an ad saying the abused girl was a liar, now running for governor. Trump said this is fair game. A 12-year-old rape victim is fair game. I know that looks bad. It sounds better on a birthday card to Jeffrey Epstein. So, I don't know, but I'm guessing that is what pissed Donald Trump off. So, he goes in on him in this hilarious tweet, starting with he's a complete and total loser, right? Calls him a loser and says he has low ratings and low IQ. Then all of a sudden, you know, he wants to go in on Bill. He goes in on how successful The Apprentice was, totally off subject. Goes in on The Apprentice, this great show, it got high ratings and all of this. And and then he goes back to Bill and he says that Bill wanted desperately to go to the White House. And Bill invited himself, which is not true, because you don't just say I'm coming to the White House, the president himself to the White House. He didn't invite himself to the White House. Now, back story, because he's told this publicly. Back story is that when Bill went the first time, then he did his monologue and Bill was Bill. He's honest about his views. He didn't hold back. Donald Trump went nuts on him, said, never call me again. And it seemed like it was over. And then out of the blue, recently, he says, come back to the White House. So it was like, I never want to talk to you again. And then time passes and he says, come to the White House again. And everything was kumbaya. But then he just goes crazy on him. He thinks that Bill has a laughter machine. Says he is not funny enough to even get a laugh from his audience. So he has a laugh machine. Not true. We know. I've actually been there. I've heard the laughter in the audience. Not true. You see the audience in the beginning. But he says they have a laugh machine. And he goes on and on about this laugh machine. Says Bill is a major pothead. Right. Which, by the way. That part's true. He is a marijuana enthusiast. Yes. says he was drunk at the dinner, says it was not a four-hour dinner. It was a two-hour dinner, and he's got a time stamp to prove it. Right, right. My sources say it was a four-hour dinner. The most hilarious part about this, this is the President of the United States. He's an incredibly busy man. He devotes 1,400 words to responding to— Oh, 1,311. 1,311 words to responding to in response to something Bill Maher said on his Friday night show, which Bill Maher always says, as do a million other people. Why is he devoting? This is an hour long. Because he's like, I thought, essentially, it's sort of like, if you have to summarize it, I thought he liked me. Right. And then all of a sudden he does a show and maybe Donald Trump thought he could co-opt Bill Maher, which nobody can do. Right. and that when he watched this, and I think Epstein is a trigger for him. I think it's a total trigger for him. But when he watched this on Friday night and he says, I rarely watch your show, but I'm never going to watch it again. And he said, I never want to talk to you again. And the person who set this up and was the liaison who I know, I'll only talk to him a little. I mean, it is. You're right about the co-opting, though. He thought he had a friend, an ally in Bill Maher. And Bill Maher is a straight shooter and he makes fun of everybody, both sides. and he made fun of him and that was not the transaction that Donald Trump thought he was having. That's right. So here's the more serious part of this, that Donald Trump is, you know, he raged tweets, does it in the middle of the night often and a lot. And I am starting to feel like I did when I watched Watergate when I was in law school and Richard Nixon became this isolated guy and that all of a sudden everybody around him saw that turn with Richard Nixon. And I am feeling like if the election goes the way it looks like it's going to go, and then all of a sudden there are going to be a lot of people investigating Pete Hegseth, Donald Trump, Donald Trump's family, all of the things that people have been talking about for two years now, that he is going to get increasingly isolated. Yeah. And you're worried about him disassembling in front of our eyes. It's a dangerous thing. It is. And so then the you know, I can laugh at that because I find it hilarious the way he wrote this thing. And then he says at the end, thank you for your attention to this matter. And and, you know, it's funny. But then all of a sudden you start thinking He's the president, and this is feeling unhinged, like really unhinged. Guys, I know this is like reading a book, but read this tweet. It's just unbelievable. It is so entertaining. But then on another level, the alarm bell is starting to ring. If you take it in isolation, it's entertaining. If you worry about what it may portend to the future, especially if he loses this election, and there are so much criticism coming his way, he will not handle that well. He has shown he doesn't handle it well. And if he's doing this when he's in the majority, think about when he's not and can't really stop all these things that are going to go on. And he's clearly worried about his legacy. And if he's worried about his legacy and they're going to, as he sees it, sully it by various investigations in Congress, which is going to happen, Um, I wonder what these next two years are going to be like, but I think they're going to be Donald Trump is a lame duck president who has two years until he's done could be a relatively dangerous person. Yeah, I agree. It's a really bad sign. Like it could be just some pre midterm fears kind of showing their face here. But to see him so triggered by Bill Maher, even after what I would consider like real softball coverage, you know, it's not necessarily a situation that points to like confident leadership or anything like that. And if you're following the polls, if you see what's going on right now, it's pretty evident that that might be the case. Well, and also, you know, you make an interesting point that Bill Maher was telling jokes about Donald Trump, although a lot of it was rooted in things that Trump is actually doing. But that's how he reacted to jokes. Think about when it becomes real in Congress and they start investigating Don Jr. and Eric and Jared and Donald and Melania and all of this, then it's not a joke. Think about how he'd react to that. So Drake, no longer a kid for sure. He turned 40 years old and celebrated in an interesting way. Drake was at Delilah, the nightclub in New York, and threw himself a party with the Backstreet Boys and actually joined the Backstreet Boys on stage to sing one of their biggest hits. I think that's hysterical that he took over the lead. I mean, it's Drake. The Backstreet Boys, for private appearances, charge anywhere between $800,000 and $2.2 million. But that's also for nobodies that just have a lot of money. That's not for Drake. They paid. Drake paid. I don't know if Drake paid. So apparently what happened was Drake had two people he wanted to possibly perform at this bash. It was either Sade or the Backstreet Boys. Oh, God, Sade would have been so amazing. He obviously didn't land Sade, but clearly the Backstreet Boys. But we don't know he was number, she was number one. Well, true, we don't know. We don't know which one he would have preferred, but that's allegedly what he told his manager. The Backstreet Boys, I guess, a bunch of their kids are big Drake fans, so they went. They did not do this for free. I don't know. Drake is the type of celebrity, he's so big. He asked pretty much anyone, I guess, except for Sade. The Backstreet Boys are the biggest act at the Sphere since it opened. Oh, I'm not saying they're not a big deal. They're making a fortune. I mean, they make a—I remember hearing the figure, and I don't want to say it out loud because it's eye-popping. But they make a fortune, and I don't think they moved all their equipment and their— Well, they're not bringing their equipment from the Sphere to Drake's— And also, don't you think they were just not excited to be at Drake's party? Do you think Drake didn't pay? I don't think Drake paid. I really don't think Drake paid. I know you're not going to believe that, but I just—it's Drake. We should ask the chat, do you think Drake paid or not? We should get a poll. I want to see what they say. I will let you know what they say, but they did say it's definitely off-brand for him. We'll let you know what the poll says later, but I think he paid. Coming up. This story about Meghan Markle's dad has gotten even more bizarre. His ex-wife sent a letter to authorities in 2019. Be right back. This story about Thomas Markle Sr., Meghan Markle's dad, going to the Philippines so he can have sex with 12-year-olds has gotten even more bizarre. That apparently his ex-wife sent a letter to authorities in 2019 and authorities were concerned enough that they contacted Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to give them a heads up in 2019 that this was being investigated. yet it doesn't seem like it was seriously investigated until these stories came out over the last couple of days it certainly doesn't look like anything has happened this is a woman named Rosalind Lovelace who is was married to Thomas in the 60s and 70s she is the parent of Meghan Markle's half siblings Samantha and Thomas Jr and she apparently wrote this letter to the authorities saying that Thomas said he moved Thomas Senior said he moved to the Philippines Thailand because 12-year-olds are legal there. And that raised enough alarm bells that they contacted Meghan and Harry. Well, you would think that would raise alarm bells. It raises alarm bells. And so they contacted, and remember, Meghan was always thought, distanced herself from her father because of the way he dealt with the paparazzi around the wedding. Now it seems like she said that I was concerned about him ever meeting their children and so forth. But the weird thing about that is, and this is my recollection, that he was invited to the wedding. He was disinvited when he started doing that. So I don't know what the time frame is in terms of when she actually knew, it doesn't feel like she knew then because she's made it clear. Um, apparently at least according to reports, she contacted her dad to say that, um, that he will never meet their kids. And this will be the last contact she ever has. That's right. He had a medical condition in 2025 where he went and she sent him a letter saying you'll never meet my children. She finds these allegations sickening and so forth. So it is a very, very serious development because remember Thomas came out and said, this is disgusting. Thomas Jr. has an axe to grind with me. Now it looks like these things date back seven years. The allegation. Not only date back, but the UK police had this and it seems like they didn't do anything. They were concerned enough to give it to Meghan and Harry, but then they just seemed to let it lie. I don't know the nature of the comments. Maybe. I don't know. So in addition all of this, Thomas Markle Jr., his son, said that he found a stash of pornography, child pornography, and the FBI is now looking into this as well. Yeah. Now, Thomas Sr. has denied everything. He said he has paid for adult sex in the Philippines, but never anything involving a child. Right. But, man, I'll tell you, this story has taken on a completely new dimension. Very different. With the U.K. doing, possibly doing nothing. Liz Texas here. I've always thought that Meghan Markle was completely within her right not to have a relationship with her dad, especially after what happened before the wedding to Prince Harry. And now with these horrific allegations coming out against them, I would have also kept my kids completely away from him. Well, apparently that's the way Meghan feels. So Chris Brown pled guilty to assaulting somebody at a nightclub in London, hitting him in the head with a tequila bottle. Chris was given an eight-month suspended sentence, which means he avoided jail. And he was given a talking to by the judge. So that's all well and good. Thing is, it's not his first rodeo. Back in 2012, Chris Brown was at Whip Night Club in New York City when a brawl broke out between his entourage and Drake's entourage. Bottles were being thrown everywhere. It was a mess. There were Tony Parker, the basketball player, his cornea was cut. There were other people who were injured. It's not clear who threw what, but it was Chris's team versus Drake's team. And what's interesting is bottles were thrown there and you would think that maybe it was lesson learned, but the exact same thing happened in London in 2023, which is the basis for Chris Brown pleading guilty. So take a look at this video because this is the video of what happened in London at the nightclub in 2023. You see Chris just angrily going after that guy with a bottle. And this doesn't stop. I mean, this turns into a melee, which is similar to what happened at Whip Nightclub years before. So it didn't stop. This goes on for a while. And, you know, again, Chris Brown avoided jail in this case. But I got to say, as you're watching this, this goes way back to the mid 2000s when Chris Brown did jail time for beating Rihanna and beating her badly. And it didn't stop after that. You would think at that point, you know, people would say he was young, he learned a lesson, and then he throws a chair out the window at Good Morning America. He gets into other fights, neighborhood fights. There are allegations involving alleged sexual abuse at parties, which he's denied. But trouble has followed Chris Brown around. And at a point, at a point, you got to wonder, how is it that Chris Brown has become the kind of Teflon that Donald Trump is? I mean, the weird thing is, is that there seems there's a similarity between Donald Trump and Chris Brown, that with all Chris did, he is insanely popular right now. he's on this mega tour with, with Usher and, um, selling out crowds everywhere. And it, you know, it's, it, there is a, a really interesting parallel between Chris Brown and Donald Trump that when you have the moniker of bad boy, um, you can just keep doing it apparently. And people excuse it because they say, Oh, it's just Chris. Oh, it's just Trump. But that seems to be what's happening with him. He's incredibly talented. Nobody denies that. And his music is great. His dancing is great. He's a great performer. But at a point, you know, it just seems like with all the people who get canceled for a lot less, nobody has even taken notice of this. A lot of people in our chat agree with you. They're saying, how has he been getting away with all of these violent incidents for so long? And it seems that he's still selling out stadiums. he still has tons of streams, tons of fans that it's they don't really know what it is about him that makes him able to kind of avoid being canceled like that. I mean, it's it's remarkable. I couldn't I didn't see it with Trump and I don't really see it with Chris Brown, except Chris Brown is really, really talented. And I think people can make an excuse for that. And then he's got that moniker. He's a bad boy. Yeah. And people say, oh, that's just Chris again as opposed to similar to Kanye as well with this trying to separate the art from the artist you know what it's not dissimilar at all to Kanye you're right hi Jamar Robinson Jacksonville Florida so while i understand people will be outraged because they want that retributive justice i don't think this is another instance of Chris getting off easy again now in this particular instance he's given the opportunity this siloed and present opportunity to say hey i to do right for 12 months. If not, give me the eight months. But I think people also forget that, hey, the opportunity to do right when there's a real opportunity to be incarcerated, that consequence is on the table. He could possibly still change. But if not, of course, he will get those eight months. But I think that's a little bit better than maybe sometimes just getting it back. Well, he didn't get eight months. He got an eight-month suspended sentence, and so he's getting no time. So he skated. He just skated. Coming up. The big guns came out over the weekend. Donald Trump on one side, Barack Obama on the other. And Obama made reference to what Donald Trump apparently views as his side hustle. Actually, separately, but at dueling rallies. And Obama, Obama made reference to what Donald Trump apparently views as his side hustle, which is redecorating the White House in Washington, D.C. I don't know if you've noticed, but he seems very focused on home renovations. He should be on HGTV. Guys building a ballroom that's bigger than the White House. It's paved over the Rose Garden, put a helicopter pad on the South Lawn, and there's gold everywhere. What's up with the gold? Everything, more gold. He's got the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened a cheesecake factory. Look, I had Cheesecake Factory yesterday, by the way, and and good, good on you. It's good. I like it. I like it. Republicans are. I mean, I think he's such an elitist. That's why, Harvey, he's such an elitist. It's he he won't show up anywhere unless you write him a two hundred fifty thousand dollar check. That was I'm sure what he did there was for free. Maybe. OK, maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe a campaign event. He will not show up and give a speech. I mean, every he and his wife. Every former president charges. So let's get off that. Okay. Every former president charges. Exactly. I don't disagree with you. Okay. He is an elitist. First of all, it's cheesecake. That's what normal people eat, Mr. President. He's making a joke that he's saying that Donald Trump has turned. It's a hoity-toity joke. It's a hoity-toity joke. Like, he's better than the Cheesecake Factory. Is this all you got? I mean, I have a lot of criticisms of him. Is this all you got that it's Obama is an elitist because he made a Cheesecake Factory? No, that's that's your opening it up. I mean, I think he was a horrible president. I think the reason you have all the people who hate Donald Trump, the reason you have Donald Trump is because of Barack Obama and the divisiveness that nobody says that they're saying it is Biden. But and by the way, if you look, if you look at approval ratings, because I saw this over the weekend, Obama is way out in front of everybody else, including. the current president. No, he's very popular. He's very popular, but he isn't elitist. And by the way, the idea that he could be this popular after serving two terms? Well, that's what happens. No? But there was a time George Bush was the devil incarnate, and now people, there's a lot of people who like George Bush now. The opinions soften over the years. You know that. Come on. By the way, I don't have as much of a problem with a ballroom as a lot of people do. Because honestly, I think, you know, having state events on the grass is not a great thing so i'm not really that against the ballroom what but his hobby is ballrooms and arches right and gold but it's i like gold too you know so it's like well you know okay you make you're making a joke but the idea it is such a weak sauce that people are criticizing biden saying it's criticizing obama saying it's elitist because it's a joke oh and And if that's all you got, you're going to have big problems in a week. I don't disagree with you there. If that's all the Republicans have, they are in big trouble. Well, that's what they're talking about today. They're talking about that today. They're not talking about Iran. They're not talking about the cost of gas. They're not talking about inflation. To make a point for you, then that probably shows what Republicans think they are. Can I tell you what I found the most interesting thing in the whole election cycle? What? That I have never seen this before. but for there are polls that are showing you know what the number one issue for voters is no let me guess well it's gonna be something not obvious what is it corruption really how did that happen how did that happen i don't know hunter Biden Rashida Tlaib coming to you from our nation's capital and don't you guys remember when we were just arguing about the tan suit scandal that was the biggest thing in 2014 when we weren't in the group chat now it's like we're in it and we can't get out. But I do like this for the Democrats. I'm not going to lie. The Republicans, Trump namely, has been talking smack about the Democrats for a long time on the campaign trail. And finally, I think this is Democrats saying, look, we're going to roll up our sleeves. We're getting in the paint with you guys. And there's no more Mr. Nice Guy. We're not doing it. I think it shows you the severity of what's at stake at the midterms. And I also think it's more of what we're going to see as we inch closer to the 2028 presidential election. I don't know about you guys, but I think Trump is a little bit obsessed with Obama. I mean, he keeps talking about him. He's not running for any position. Oh, I think I got to tell you, I think Obama is goading Trump that I think a lot of what Obama did over the weekend was to get Trump to react to it. So little Halo is a new member of that family. So my girlfriend's kids, I got them a dog. Spending a lot of time around the kids, I mean... Does Kim Kardashian get married again? She's been married three times. I could see it with this, the way this is going. What's interesting is she had done an interview with an outlet recently, and they asked her about Louis, and she respectfully declined to comment on him. So he's happily talking to her. She's referenced him on the show, right? On her show. Yes, yes. So she's not afraid to do that. She's not afraid to talk about him, but I don't know. I think I could see him proposing to her. But she's going to events with him, to races with him. They've traveled internationally a handful of times together. On vacation together. Our chat says this seems really serious. They're also noting that, like, Kim has four kids and a job that a dog maybe wasn't the smartest thing. to get. She's got a staff. And that the staff will be the ones who end up taking care of this puppy. But then it's not really for the kids. It's for the staff to watch. See, I never understood that. If she has the money to hire a staff to walk the dogs, take the dogs to a vet, care for the dogs, take them to a groomer, and the kids can just play with the dog. Why do you need responsibility to have ownership? Why do you need that? I think the responsibility part is what helps you grow as a person. Otherwise, it's just a toy. Okay, you picked up poop, so now you're an adult. Yes. No, no. I mean, I don't think that's right. But look, getting back to this, he interacts with the kids. That's a big deal. The other big deal and the difference between Lewis Hamilton and Pete Davidson, who she was dating, who also interacted with their kids. The difference is Kanye, that Kanye was going nuts on Pete Davidson. I haven't heard him say anything about Lewis Hamilton, nothing. And that's almost an open door for Kim to have a more serious relationship because no matter what you say, her relationship with Kanye is never going to end. And they have four kids together and he can make her life miserable and did when she dated Pete Davidson i haven't seen any of that now with Lewis Hamilton. Hi Whitney, from Orlando Florida so my thing about Kim getting another dog is aren't the Kardashians like known for having a bunch of dogs pets throughout the years that mysteriously never resurface like wasn't there a video that North West where somewhere in their home and she showed like a garage where there was like all these little dogs in like a pen like a play pen with like the pee pads down were they hers i well that i think that's what it was assumed i think these were like the long lost pets i don't i don't remember Brendan do you remember anything about the Kardashians having dogs that disappeared i i i don't think and we have heavily covered them i don't yeah i i don't think that i've never heard that i don't think that's true Tom Brady is dating somebody which um i did not know i had no idea uh until today actually but he is dating uh Candice Swanepoel who has a lot in common with his ex-wife yes so this is shocking a lot of people think that girl code was broken here because Candice famous Victoria's Secret model and angel well guess who also was a Victoria's Secret model slash angel Gisele, Tom's ex-wife. So we have been told by sources familiar with the situation that Tom and Candice have been dating as far back as June. How did that go under the radar for this long? Yeah, you know what? They've been very particular about taking this, I don't even want to say relationship, this dating at a snail's pace because Tom, one, is a very private person. But number two, I was told he was very hands-on or he is very hands-on with his children and that's his priority. So she's kind of just moving at whatever pace he's got going on. Tom Brady has been seen at Michael Rubin's parties. He's been at a lot of parties. He's been dating other people. We know he dated Irina Shayk for a while. We did see him out in public with Irina. We saw the photos of him with Alex, which were they really together? Were they not? We don't really know. I think he dated Brooks Nader for a while. So it's not like he's the super private guy. But in this situation, they have been very particular about not being photographed. We're told that they have not been going to restaurants in South Beach. So Tom actually lives about 30 minutes from South Beach, and they've been going to small, tiny— Does she live in Florida? She lives in Miami. Yep. So they're both from the same area, which guess who also lives in Miami? Giselle. Yeah, so— Does she care? There is a story out on People saying that she's unbothered by this relationship, but I mean the two have done campaigns together however they kind of didn't cross paths on the fashion show okay I'm just gonna ask it what Giselle's I think 48 yeah um Candice is 38 yeah and so they're both well no I'm actually serious and I know Giselle's moved on she's married she has a kid you know and all uh does this bother her I think she probably thinks like wow okay my sloppy seconds but I I don't think she's like unhappy in her life you have you guys were in our morning meetings every day she says the exact opposite in the morning meetings okay no I do I think that Giselle's life is amazing and she's where she wants to be but yeah I'm sure in the back of her mind it's like funny to her that they're now together like funny and like a like ew, funny, like that kind of way.
