Keep the pressure gentle and stop if you experience pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness or unusual discomfort. Skip facial massage over actively irritated or infected skin and seek professional advice if you have persistent or sudden one-sided swelling, jaw-joint pain, or recent facial procedures.
Sensitive and sagging skin,
a lifted looking contour is possible without rubbing.
Try one side, then compare.
Turn your head gently to the left.
On the right side, find the firm band running
from behind your ear toward your collarbone.
Hold the muscle lightly between your fingers.
Use slow, compress and release movements for 30 seconds.
This works around the sternocleidomastoid
and helps the side of your neck feel less guarded.
A more relaxed neck can support a softer,
more open looking jaw to neck position.
Make a V shape with fingers of both hands.
Now rub up and down at the same time for 30 seconds.
This steady hold reduces surface friction while working around the jaw
and the area just in front of the ear.
It may help the lower face feel less tense
and temporarily look less heavy or puffy.
Funny how that changed the world.
Perfect morning.
Continue supporting your head with your right hand.
Place your right thumb on the outer cheekbone and massage upward.
Breathe naturally for 30 seconds.
This sustained upward direction can change how
the superficial tissue rests.
It may make the outer cheek
and temple line appear more open and refreshed.
Start again, bring my own.
Don't forget balance the other side.
Practice once a day for 7 days
and save this routine and follow along with me.
