Massage for Hollow Eyes & Tear Troughs | 15-Min Eye Rejuvenation

Pure Glow

Hollow eyes, tear troughs, or dark circles can make the eye area look more tired than you actually feel.

In this 15-minute routine, we’ll work through the muscles and tissues around the eyes, nose, cheeks, and upper face using targeted facial massage techniques designed to release everyday tension and leave the eye area looking more refreshed and rested.

This routine includes deep but controlled pressure around the eye socket, brow and lower orbital area, tear trough release, gentle work around the sides of the nose, intra-oral cheek release, cheekbone massage, and soft tissue work down toward the jawline.

And stay until the end — I’ll show you a simple tear trough taping technique that can be left in place while you relax, watch TV, or scroll on your phone.

✨ WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
• Hollow-looking under-eye area
• Tear trough area
• Tension around the eye socket
• Brow and forehead tension
• Muscles around the sides of the nose
• Inner cheek and cheekbone area
• Mid-face tension
• Jawline and surrounding tissues
• Intra-oral buccal release
• Tear trough taping technique

✨ HOW TO USE THIS ROUTINE
Follow the massage at a comfortable pressure and never force the delicate eye area.

For the final taping technique, use clean, dry hands and a dry face. Adjust the size and placement of the tape according to your own facial anatomy and remove it gently without pulling or irritating the skin.

For a more consistent practice, try this routine regularly for 7–10 days, then continue 2–3 times per week for maintenance. Results can vary from person to person.

This routine is intended as a facial massage and self-care practice.
