Chris Brown avoids prison time for brawling at a London nightclub

Singer Chris Brown is not going to prison for being involved in a fight at a London nightclub three years ago. He arrived at a London court for sentencing this morning. Brown had denied hitting a music producer with a bottle, but prosecutors said the fight was caught on surveillance camera. A plea deal had prosecutors drop charges of assault and today Brown was sentenced to eight months in prison, but sentenced for suspended rather for a year.
