President Donald Trump is touting new investments in American manufacturing including a new $4 billion investment from car-manufacturer Audi as he enters the final sprint in his midterm campaign blitz. Trump also announced a $1 million reward for anyone who reports on voter fraud from the past or for the upcoming midterms if it results in an arrest and conviction.

Separately, Trump commented on Brazil’s election, saying “it looked like another rigged election.” This comes after Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva was re-elected for a fourth term. His challenger, Flavio Bolsonaro, refuses to concede, saying he will seek to annul the result. He alleges that a last-minute change to voting hours undermined the election. And Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a direct appeal to Cubans on Friday encouraging them to partner with the CIA if they want to see change in the communist country. The comments signal a tougher message to Cuba’s communist regime.
