The recipe is designed to provide four days of nutritious breakfasts, combining eggs, various colorful vegetables, and two types of cheese. The process is quick and easy, utilizing both a stovetop and an oven to achieve a fluffy, juicy texture.
Welcome back, today I'm going to show you how to meal prep breakfast.
I absolutely love this recipe, I love eggs,
we're going to be making vegetable frittata
with cheese, lots of different spices,
smoked paprika and all the healthy veggies all in
one meal.
It's really, really easy to make,
very quick and you can have breakfast for four days.
If you wanted to make this recipe for a week,
you can freeze the eggs, they'll be absolutely
fine but I like to keep it fresh
so I cook always for four days and then for the rest
three days. Ingredients are really simple
you can exchange different vegetables that you like,
we've got some spinach here
cherry tomatoes, peppers, onion,
garlic and I've got two types of cheeses here
I've got mozzarella and feta cheese
and of course we've got our eggs already here
in our different spices, we will need to use salt and pepper
I always use Himalayan salt,
it's got a lot more nutrients, it's much healthier
and so much better for you.
And of course, I'm gonna use hot paprika.
Again, use any spices you like, and granulated garlic.
Okay, let's get started.
So what we're gonna do first is add all our spices
into our eggs together with cheese,
whisk it up so it's nice and fluffy,
and then we're gonna fry our vegetables.
So first step is our eggs.
So first I'm gonna add garlic powder,
granulated
garlic,
some paprika.
Now we're gonna add our mozzarella.
You can obviously use any other cheese you like,
and feta cheese.
And we're just gonna whisk everything together.
So you wanna break it with your whisk
and kind of just push it down
so all the cheese breaks down.
I'm gonna chop my tomatoes in half,
just so it's nice and easy to cook.
And I really like when the food is colorful.
So we're adding different colored vegetables
and the more veggies you have for breakfast, the better.
So I'm gonna set my tomatoes aside.
Now you can chop
your garlic.
Now we're gonna do the same thing with our onion.
What we're gonna do, we're gonna cut it in half
and just chop it up nice
and fine.
Okay, our vegetables are nice and prepped,
so we're gonna take it to the stove and fry them.
First thing we're gonna do is add a little bit of oil,
about one tablespoon, one, two tablespoons.
You just wanna swirl that around.
And I'm gonna
add my onions.
Onion is nice and golden.
I'm gonna
add my
peppers.
I'm just gonna mix everything through.
spinach has wilted and I'm
also just gonna add a little bit of 21 seasoning
in here just a little bit
so now you want to divide your vegetables evenly
and we're gonna pour our egg mixture
scrape everything down you don't want
to lose any cheese
so what I like to do at this stage just move it around a
little bit just to make sure we have all
our veggies spread around nicely lastly I'm
gonna drop in the tomatoes
so I like to just put them in different places so
that you get tomatoes in every sort of bite
and we're gonna leave this to cook for
five minutes or so now we're gonna place
this into preheated oven for further
five minutes at 200
degrees Celsius
or 350
Fahrenheit okay
our frittata has
cooled down a little bit
so always be really careful I always wear my mittens
and what we're going to do we're going to flip it over onto a board
and I've got two boards here
because we're doing double flipping
so we want to do this and then we're going to take now I can
take these off I'm going to take the second board place it on top
and flip it again and now I'm just going
to cut the frittata we're doing four portions
so you want to cut it in half and then in half again
nice and even and it's very very juicy
because we've got so many vegetables in there and you
want to cut in half um again and this will be four portions
so we're gonna have basically eight
pieces all right just take
your and all you want to do just lift
that up place that inside and do
that with all of them
nice and fluffy okay and
our breakfast frittata
is done enough for four
portions and look how beautiful it looks very very easy
to eat you can reheat it in the microwave for
a minute if you like it warm you can
also eat it cold as well I hope you
enjoyed this video guys I'll see you in my next one
