Easy Bakewell Tart Recipe!

You're going to need butter, raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, vanilla and almond extract, I've got caster sugar, ground almonds, plain flour, icing sugar, eggs and flaked almonds. Into your food processor add your ground almonds, caster sugar, flour, eggs, soft butter and we're going to mix it all together. Add vanilla and almond extract and mix well. Add half of your mixture inside, few tablespoons of raspberry jam and I like a lot of raspberries so you can also put more or less. Top it up with the second layer. Lastly add your flaked almonds on top, just around. I like to cut my tart into squares but you can serve it just like that in cake slices.
