When it comes to fantasy and it comes to trades that might happen,
do you have any advice for people
that might be sitting on Jonathan Taylor
or may have some other Colts players that they're watching?
Because, look, if Taylor gets moved,
this could be interesting in terms of guys behind him
with the Colts that could become RB1s for that team.
What do you make of the potential sell-off coming in Indy?
I don't know if they moved Taylor only
because of the new contract he just signed
and what he means to that franchise and stuff.
And, you know, it's kind of like a Devon Achane situation
where even if you're tearing it down, do you want to tear it down
even with, like, one of your cornerstones?
I'm not saying that he can't get moved.
It just depends on is somebody going
to give up that type of compensation
for a running back, especially at this point of his career,
contract, all those parts and pieces.
But if Jonathan Taylor gets moved, Seth McGowan is going to be in line
to be the clear workhorse for this team.
he's had the RB2 job like sewn up since camp i liked him
as a prospect coming out talked to a
few of his coaches uh during the pre-draft process dude
is a dog he's had some off-field stuff but i
think he definitely toed the rock
for the Colts moving forward at least for the rest of this
season josh downs is probably the guy that like i'm looking
at and staring at and saying if anybody
out of this offense gets moved i think it's more likely josh downs
um i've seen some in the social
media streets and maybe san francisco i don't know about
that i actually kind of look at as like
if we're going to like play pair uh wide receiver reunions
for the 49ers okay send them Juwan
Jennings right back they know what they're getting out
of him the vikings aren't freaking using him
jennings is fighting with KOC on the freaking sidelines
but getting back to the cold situation
i don't see them selling off sauce gardner they're
not going to get any type of return as to what
they gave up for him so they're better off
probably just keeping the guy at this point but
you know I think if you're looking
at the two most likely players to get moved from the Colts
it's probably Josh Downs and I'll go not fantasy
or betting related and I'll go Quentin Nelson like
I think there's a lot of teams like out there
that need significant offensive line help whether you
want to talk about the easy low hanging fruit of the Packers
but are they going to give up any more
draft picks but also a lot of other teams where
it's like okay offensive line play has been quietly
really bad this year in the NFL
and depth has been tested for a number of teams with injuries
and what have you. So I think if you're looking
at just two guys that most likely get moved,
it's probably Josh Downs and Quentin Nelson and probably JT stays put.
