The physical mismatch between the pipe bomb suspect and the real bomber's video is obvious, per the court, as the judge has now ordered major unsealing of all Capitol Police records. The suspect caught on video is said to have a size 9 shoe, but the autistic young gentleman being prosecuted for his size 12 shoe is about 6 inches taller than the suspect caught on video surveillance. The entire case is just more fed slop, much like the Tyler Robinson trial. They can't arrest themselves after all. Representative Thomas Massie, Republican, Kentucky, has publicly questioned the arrest, suggesting the government went after the wrong person, while a former Capitol Police officer, now with the CIA, a person of interest, who failed a polygraph when denying she was the pipe bomber, remains protected by the FBI and CIA. Today, we're going to hear from the family who's made a statement pleading for justice, but this is a tragedy of justice. Everything associated with our DOJ and FBI is, well, unjust. And I prepared something that I'm going to read. So, as Brian's family, we continue to be deeply concerned about the fairness of this trial. We want to make sure he's truly receiving the fairness, neutrality, and full consideration he deserves. With every ruling, it becomes more difficult to understand what feels like an imbalance to us in this case, while Brian's life, freedom, and future hangs in the balance. Monday's decision was very heartbreaking. It appears largely adopted on the government's position with little or additional explanation. We can't help but to question how the government can continue to change its position when it serves its case better. One interpretation no longer fits, another seems to take its place. As a mother, it's devastating to watch my son's future depending on shifting interpretations while he continues to fight to be heard. is also devastating when we talk to him every day to hear his devastation. I'll put it that way. Brian has not pleaded guilty. He is not a conviction. He is not a headline. He is my son, our family member. Yet time and time again, he has treated though these allegations are already proven instead of being tested through a fair and impartial process. We'll never stop fighting for Brian, we'll never stop believing in Brian, we'll never question his innocence, and we will never stop praying that one day he receives the fair consideration he deserves, no matter, no mother should have to watch her child's future decided before it's truly heard.
