and they put on such a spectacular with the bands and

in the tent, all the cool food that's here.
It's gonna be a nice weekend.
And ultimately supports the church and its mission.
Absolutely, 100 and people come out
and support even if they're not from this church.
They come from all over.
Yeah, community.
Exactly.
All about community.
Other communities too.
Yeah, nice, nice.
From all over.
Trish, thank you very much.
Thank you.
And part of the food that will be celebrated
here is being done by different food trucks.
Greg and his lovely wife Ashley are here
to tell us about their food truck.
What's your food truck, Greg?
Dowdy's Flavors.
Dowdy's flavors. How long you been around? Two years, nice. And what
kind of food you're serving up on Dowdy's? Mainly smash burgers
And I just started smashed chicken. Oh my gosh.
I got to go through this a little bit here
What is that we're looking at right there over here
on the end over there, so that's the blackened bacon
jalapeño smash chicken that looks awesome, got infused
Bacon in it and what's this one right here?
It's the cordon bleu chicken cordon bleu
So it's got ham and Swiss cheese in the middle.
So you take it like a chicken
breast and just pound and pound and pound
and the heck out of it, Smasher? Yes. That's
delicious looking. And it's a smash burger right there?
Yes, that's the Volcano. What's
on that? It's infused with bacon, got jalapenos,
nacho cheese, and some special sauce I put
over it. Nice. And then tell me about that one.
That's the Gouda Melt, the Dowdy Gouda
That one has Gouda cheese, applewood bacon, mushrooms, onion straws,
arugula on the bottom with, I make the aioli sauce to go with it.
Nice. What kind of cheese?
A Gouda.
That's right. It looks a Gouda.
It looks a Gouda to me, Greg. Thank you very much.
All right. Sorry. I just want to eat Smash Burgers now.
