Protests as UK approves new gas drilling in North Sea

Behaving like climate deniers. Why are we producing oil and gas? When we know it's causing disaster. When we know it's causing disaster. We wish it was just a problem for them. We wish it was just a problem for them. That this project does not prevent us from meeting our legally binding carbon emission limits, nor does it prevent us from getting to the end destination, which is net zero. But ultimately, as we make that transition, which I absolutely agree that we must, we will need gas in the short term.
