MI SOS Jocelyn Benson Caught Cheating The System AGAIN! Will She Ever Be Charged?

James Kaufman will news report today. Michigan Secretary of State Joycelyn Benson is caught cheating the system again. We have two videos from Sheriff Dar Leaf in an internal memo proving how this is being done. This time, each non-citizen is automatically registered to vote anytime they notify the state of a new address. The only way these registrations can be corrected is if the non-citizen writes back to the DMV to report their actual illegal status. So they're basically all being forced to register to vote, which is, of course, against the law. Joyce Lynn Benson is probably the most crooked Secretary of State in the U.S. She has basically, well, cheated her way and the governor's way through the last several elections. This is no mistake, and it's built into the new software on purpose. And they even get a congratulations letter telling them they've been registered to vote successfully. Michigan Sheriff Dart Leaf has had enough. and will be making arrests per him on the state level and sending referrals to the Department of Justice. Let's listen to what he has to say, and I'll show you the internal memo that proves that they know exactly what's going on. It's a beautiful Tuesday morning here in Barry County, Michigan. I'm Sheriff Darleaf. An employee of the Michigan Secretary of State's office reported to me that non-citizens are automatically registered to vote when they change their address. A confidential informant provided evidence that the customer and automotive record system is programmed to congratulate and inform non-citizens that they are registered to vote. When the confidential informant provided proof to her supervisor that non-citizens are automatically registered to vote, the supervisor stated that the county clerk would identify the non-citizenship status. Unfortunately, ladies and gentlemen, this is not true. The county clerk has given access to qualified voter roll after the Secretary of State registers a person to vote. The qualified voter roll does not designate a citizenship status. Once a person is registered to vote, they have the ability to receive a mail-in ballot or vote at the poll with their ID card. The polls do not verify citizenship status. My office has referred this matter for investigation to the United States department of justice of conspiracy to violate 18 usc 611 and place non-citizenships not excuse me non-citizens on the qualified voter roll and in the jury pool additionally i am asking the michigan legislature to use its resources to remedy the illegal voter registration and placement in the jury pool immediately my office encourages witnesses with additional evidence of non-citizens receiving automatic voter registration to report this evidence to my office or to your local sheriff. You know this is wrong. It's time to act. Have a good day. All right, this is the memo from the informant to their supervisor. I guess this is going to out them, but it's time. I would like to keep that proof that our department is registering non-citizens to register to vote when you're done with it. Okay, I honestly think it is a CARS programming era that anytime anyone that changes their address, that document prints off, and if, when it hits the county clerk's office, nothing happens, as in she is not actually going to be registered to vote because they will see that she is not a citizen, if that makes sense to you. But, well, it's all BS, of course, as we will prove. Okay, with the new way of registering everyone and requiring them to send back a paper to not be registered, we're going to have so many people on the voter files who shouldn't be. I'm not a fan of this new way, as you can probably see. It just creates errors that can be possibly not caught. Not a very good way of doing things, and unfortunate considering this day and age. Sheriff Dar Leaf is out again today, and let's hear what he has to say. Hi, Sheriff Dar Leaf, and I have an update regarding my office's investigation related to the whistleblower report that non-citizens are automatically registered to vote when they change their address. I went to interview two critical witnesses. Both of them were supervisors for the Secretary of State's office. The supervisors gave me what sounded like a scripted response that they were not permitted to speak with me or cooperate with my investigation. Today I was provided with physical evidence that proves specific individuals of the chain of the Secretary of State's office have instructed the Secretary of State employees that they cannot speak to the Barry County Sheriff's Office. I know who these individuals are. This is obstruction of justice. Obstruction of justice, witness intimidation, and interference with an ongoing criminal investigation is a crime. Unfortunately, this made me refer these individuals to the federal government for investigation and consideration for criminal charges. I imagine these individuals are following command, but the command is illegal. You have a duty to disobey an illegal command. I will recommend immunity for these individuals if they cooperate with the investigation. Thank you. So there you have it. Thousands, if not tens of thousands, of illegal aliens in Michigan are being put on the voter rolls and congratulated for being able to vote. Unless they personally send a letter back to the county clerks they will remain on the voting list there's no checks and balances and of course this was purposely worked into the department of motor vehicles software how could it not have been now remember governor Gretchen Whitmer I believe has well reached the statue of her ability to remain governor. And I understand that Joycelyn Benson is actually going to run for that position. That makes this all, well, much scarier. She is actually fixing the vote for herself, it appears, or could be. I think that all these people need to be interviewed and prosecuted immediately, and the voter rolls need to be examined thoroughly before the November midterms. God bless, folks.
