Protests Erupt After ICE Agent Shoots Man in Austin Texas!

James Kaufman will news report today. Ice agent shoots a man during a confrontation in North Austin. We do have a video. An ice agent shot and wounded an unidentified man during a confrontation at 7000 block of West Anderson Lane in North Austin on Sunday afternoon. The wounded man was transported to a local hospital and is in stable condition. According to reports, an ICE SUV rammed into a man's blue Toyota Corolla when he tried to drive away. An ICE agent got out of his vehicle and shot the man as he was fleeing. Austin officials held a press conference after the officer involved shooting. Though it wasn't APD, it was a federal ICE officer. Democrat Austin Mayor Kirk Watson attacked federal agents during the presser. Chaos erupted as a crowd formed and the leftist protesters actually confronted the Austin police, the local police who had nothing to do with the incident. We just don't know enough facts to really determine what really happened here right now. Yeah, Congresswoman, one of the things that the mayor said in characterizing ICE, she said that they are an agency, they're purporting to be law enforcement. And she said that Austinites were in fear of this agency and that recently there had been a surge in the community that had fostered more fear among residents. But, you know, what he failed to mention is what you just mentioned right there, is that ICE agents are out there every day risking their lives in these operations. And over the course of the last year, they have arrested some of the worst of the worst in communities across this country. We have shown this video on Fox News. We've shown the arrests. Our reporters have ridden along on these operations. They have arrested people who have committed murder, child sexual abuse, rape, armed robbery, drug trafficking. So I, for one, want them to continue and even speed up the process. This is exactly what I voted for. What about you guys? How do you all feel about ICE? Now, this is sounding like a shooting that shouldn't have occurred unless the officer thought that his life may be in danger. I don't think you can just shoot someone fleeing in an automobile. We need to know more about the situation, obviously. That said, please do share it and please give us a thumbs up. God bless you all.
