‘I felt helpless’: Hopkinton assault victim seeks justice as case moves forward

A 21-year-old man is speaking out as the case against 71-year-old Steven Dana moves forward in court. Dana is accused of holding Matthew Duffy underwater for about 10 seconds during a confrontation at Sandy Beach in Hopkinton. He pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and other charges following a grand jury indictment.
