In this video I decided to do a Dutch pour with a black background! I am using some metallic paints, gold and turquoise, and love how they pop against the black background. I wore out my previous hair dryer so I have a nice new one that I could use for this! The cells that I got in this piece are amazing. No silicone! Just floetrol and water.
