I mean, last year, to me, put this football in perspective.
Like, we had played in so many Super Bowls,
and especially those last few,
it's like we kind of, I don't want to say coasted,
but we didn't play our best football in the regular season,
and we just turned on the playoffs.
And even last year when stuff wasn't going right, I was like,
we're going to figure it out.
Like, it's just going to happen.
I think that today, for me, it's about the process.
And having to go through that rehab process and not play football,
it's really made me enjoy the process of it and enjoy practicing
and enjoy just being in the building and getting to hear game day
and getting to play at Arrowhead.
And so I try to have fun out there and enjoy the wins
because you never know when it's going to be your last one.
And you want to take advantage of every
opportunity you get to step on the field.
And so I think last year in general
put everything in perspective for me
to just have fun when you're out there.
I did once I watched the film.
I hadn't watched that game yet.
Like I hadn't watched that game in entirety.
And so you see you get to watch the game
when you're trying to watch them and how they're going to play us.
and obviously you go through that play, you speed it up pretty quickly,
but you go through that play and you see the whole game
and so that's when I kind of realized, all right, yeah,
this is the team and the place that I got hurt at,
but we've moved on past that now and now we're on to the new season.
