This is the ultimate curry festival in Miami, and today I’m eating my way through one of the wildest Caribbean food events in South Florida. From rich curries and spicy stews to jerk, doubles, roti, fried festival food, sweets, and everything in between, this is a full celebration of Caribbean flavors.
