Halloween is in full swing at AllStar Halloween

We have some last-minute Halloween masks, costumes, decor. Georgia's year-round Halloween superstore is stocked and waiting for you. We're talking about All-Star Halloween in Calhoun, which is a true destination for fans of this spooky season. In Good Day, Paul Milliken is live in Calhoun this morning. All right. Look, you know, I've been obsessed with Scream for 30 years since the first one came out back in 1996. So I'm happy to be celebrating Scream 30 in a great costume, too. I love this. I am ready for the next Scream movie because we're here at All-Star Halloween, our favorite place. You know, if it's Halloween time, we're going to make the trip to Calhoun. This place is a year-round Halloween store. It is open all year. So if Halloween isn't enough for you just one day, don't worry. You've got plenty of time to celebrate. Now, come with me, Tim. I'm a little bit nervous because I've got some friends waiting around the corner, but I don't know what we're going to find. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Absolutely not. Nope, nope. Happy Halloween. Thank you. Happy Halloween. Okay, how much do you guys love? Look, you're year-round, so you've got horror fans coming in all year. But when Halloween finally gets here and people are coming in ready for the big day, how exciting is that for you? It is so exciting. And, you know, we're fortunate enough we get to do this all year long. And it's so cool to watch people come in and see what they love to do and just see the reaction on the kids' face, the adults' face. We have a good time, too. You come in here, you never know what we'll be in here doing. No, and I bet people come in with some very strange requests for costumes. I'm not going to ask you what they are, but I bet they come in all the time. Here's the important question, though. Now, look, you guys prepare all year round. You get to Halloween time, things start flying off the shelves. Is it tough to keep stocked shelves? Because you guys get busy, right? Yes, very much so. Yeah, yeah. You guys got to really plan and prepare. But that's why you said before, Scott, you start planning a year in advance, right? We do. And it's, you know, the hardest thing to me is the costumes. I mean, I can do the mask. I can do the props. And I love that. But the costumes by far, they're so intricate. You never know. It seemed like every year, the anime, oh my gosh, the kids. Oh yeah, like the K-pop Demon Hunter stuff. That was big last year, right? There's so many anime characters. We're fortunate enough, we've got people that work with us that are very up on all that. They know the pop culture. Yeah, you would have to doing what you guys do. So tell me this, I mean, I'm wearing the Scream outfit. It is the 30th anniversary of Scream. Is that a hot costume this year? It is, yes. And you have a lot of Scream-related merchandise here. Yes, we have Ghostface masks of every kind. Yes, every kind you could possibly hope to want. So, again, you are covered when you come here. Let's talk about going into Halloween. Are you guys staying open all the way through? I think Halloween's a Saturday, so you'll be open, right? Oh, yeah, we'll be here all the time anyway. So, after Halloween, we're open every day but Sundays, of course. We get back on the regular hours. Oh, yeah, we'll start changing hours. We'll start getting later. up to Halloween and so yeah it's like this costume is the 30th anniversary for Scream it's hard to believe it's been around for 30 years but by far the hottest when the 30th anniversary mask hit man they were and this is a good one by the cases I mean they were coming in everywhere and by the way the mask smells like vanilla and there's a reason I'm going to let you tell them when they come in to buy it we're not going to spoil it on TV but there's a very funny story of why the masks smell like vanilla if you're a horror fan you probably already know okay guys put the mask go ahead put them back on i know you want to let's do it again i mean caitlin pratt is it just me or is it like i'm actually just here we'll see we got buck lanford on one side and we got ron gant on the other you know beavis and butthead every morning for me right i mean it's no surprise for us oh my goodness bringing me back to uh those days beavis and butthead and screaming i want to give you 30 years it's crazy i want to give some love to for your bedazzled bloody knife like i don't think that that went unnoticed you would like that absolutely absolutely thank you i appreciate that i'm going to carry this with me you know like a little clutch like a purse right under my little stylish stab yeah that's nice paul yeah always enjoy these your segments this time of year thank you so much and all-star halloween you wondered where this is located at 976 highway 53 west southwest in calhoun regular store hours 11 a.m to 6 p.m daily and hey still ahead on good day
