This Sunday, August 7th, I am in New York City and I'm doing a meet and greet pop-up. We're having brunch in Harlem. The event is free. It's optional to have a breakfast buffet. All my people in LA on the West Coast, I'll see y'all on Sunday, August 21st. I still have tickets for that. I've started sending out the location. I want to say, you know, listen, that narcissist, let's just say the narcissist in general, they want you to downgrade your lifestyle. They want you to downgrade your lifestyle while they upgrade theirs. But here's the ******* trick? How do you think they're going to upgrade their life while forcing you to downgrade yours? Think about it. It's a really fucked up system, a really fucked up way of how they perceive they should be entitled to, to, to getting their lives upgraded at the expense of yours. Well, when they downgrade you, what they're actually doing is, um, what's the right word? sucking, pulling the life, extracting, stealing your lights, stealing your business ideals, destroying your possessions. Some of y'all work hard. Look, all of us work hard, but let's just say you let the narcissist move in with you. I've heard horror stories where they are destroying things in your house. They are destroying the plumbing. They're poisoning your pets. They're They're dismantling pieces, you know, car parts so your car doesn't run right. They're highly destructive. I've heard stories of them vandalizing people's homes, you know, breaking TVs and, you know, stealing jewelry. They'll steal jewelry and clothes and give it to the new supply, give it to their side chick. So, you know, there is a tangible component to all this. besides them destroying you mentally and spiritually and emotionally they will get you physically you know they do assault and beat on their victims however when i say physical i mean they they'll destroy your property ladies stop giving these dudes the keys to your car because while you're at work he's picking up his side chicks in your car while you're at work he's driving over potholes damaging you know your suspensions you know what is that called the suspension system in your car he's deliberately driving in potholes you know he's he's um racing your car you know you don't know what he's doing with your car he's not taking care of it though unless it's a luxury car he could tell everybody it's his car including his side chicks and a new supply stop giving these dudes the keys to your car stop giving these dudes the keys to your house He'll lie and tell people that's his house. He'll have his side chick in your bed while you're at work. No, no, don't let nobody move in with you. Don't let nobody around your kids. The narcissist will destroy your home. The narcissist will destroy your car. If you're trying to build a business or you're currently running a business, they will suck so much energy out of you, you can't even function to run your own business. Or if they want you to help them set up their business, you're going to end up losing money sleep energy trying to help them get on their feet trying to build their business up and guess what's going to happen they're not going to help you run their business what they're going to do they're going to get get some business cards you probably made the business cards for the narcissist but he's going to take them business cards and pass them out in the street he's going to be trying to impress his side chick he's going to be trying to impress other women he's going to post the name of his company his business on his facebook and none of these women know that you are the mastermind behind his business you're building his business and building him up he's not lifting a finger to do anything stop putting your name on you know these these legal papers don't go into business with no man don't go into business with no narcissist get your name off that paperwork he's not gonna pay for ---- he's not gonna he's not gonna maintain the business he's he's dependent on you to run everything and maintain everything and sustain everything and when the business goes down the drain you and your credit and everything you all the hard work you put in and you're gonna go down the ******* drain too and he's gonna be on to the next chick stop y'all stop you are busy upgrading the narcissist and he's downgrading you downgrade he's laid up with his side chick slash new supply talking trash about you whether you're his girlfriend or his spouse yes they talk they they trash talk their wives to their side chick Yeah, they do. Yeah, they do. Oh, my wife is a horrible person. I hate her food. She's a bad mother. The house is always dirty when I come home. I don't even want to touch her or sleep with her. This is what he's telling the side chick. This is what he's telling the side chick. They will degrade and down, excuse me, degrade their spouse. I said spouse. I'm not even talking out the girlfriend or fiance spouse if the spouse can get destroyed everybody everybody can catch it they will degrade their spouses to their side chick they will destroy their spouses they will turn their spouse into a roommate stop giving their spouse sex train the spouse to be a mother a doormat take care of the bills the house the kids exhaust yourself to the point that you become a shell of yourself and you're expected to go to work. He wants you to keep working while he runs the streets and does what he wants. So the narcissist, when he gets you in that relationship, he's going to destroy you. This is where they downgrade you. They downgrade you. They talk bad about you to their family. They talk bad about you to their side chicks, the news supply, and they destroy you. They beat you down. Sleep deprivation. How many times they start arguments and keep you awake at night to stop you from, you know, having enough energy to focus to go to work or focus on the kids or the duties you know that's deliberate it's calculated sleep deprivation is pure abuse but again the narcissist has to beat you down he's got to keep beating you down beat you down beat you down this is how they downgrade you you don't even recognize yourself anymore whole time though you're you're building them up they're upgrading we upgrade them while they downgrade us and they know come the end of the relationship where they discard and they run off into the sunset with the new supply they know you're you're you're ******* ruined they know you're heartbroken like they're gonna leave you in a pile of depression they're gonna leave you ******* fucked up broken PTSD out the ass like they know what they're doing they're gonna leave you in such a ******* mess that they know in their mind nobody else is gonna want you you you can't jump in no new relationship and you're you're ******* brokenhearted over me that ---- was calculated so they will beat you down you will downgrade ******* with the narcissist and at the same time the narcissist will upgrade because of you you're building them up while they're tearing you down you got to stop no more you are entitled to build yourself up build your children up that's it build god up constantly show god praise thank you for everything every day that's it you don't owe anybody else you don't owe your parents you don't owe your family you don't owe your friends you don't owe your lover you don't build nobody up no stop stop that people pleasing stop taking care no you're not nobody's nurse unless you are being paid to be a nurse you work in a hospital or some type of facility you're not being paid you're nobody's ******* nurse other than your children you got to break the habit of being a people pleaser the narcissist will care he doesn't care he will destroy you break you down and steal remember in that relationship he's also stealing he's stealing your jewelry he's stealing your clothes your pocketbooks he's giving all this stuff to his new woman his side chick who he plans on replacing you with but he's also destroying ---- in your house he's also stealing your money he's also breaking ---- in your car breaking ---- in your house he wants to make sure you're crippled or if you're living with him never ever ever give up your life to move in with a man because you move in with them they really gonna get you they really gonna ******* cripple you **** up your money leave you homeless penniless and cheat on top of it because in their minds you're isolated they have you cut off from your friends and family and they can brutally punish you and abuse you in isolation because you're 100% dependent on them and you're living with them. So they get to treat you any type of way and leave you crippled, penniless, bad credit, broken hearted, STD. The narcissist will **** you up. He and his family will **** you up if you move in with the narcissist. Before you moved in there, you had your life together. You had a job. You was happy. You was popping. You was traveling. You move in, you give up your whole life to move in with this ************. or you move across the nation, the country to move in, he ******* crippled the **** out of you. Now you're broke, you're homeless, brokenhearted. Like, he did a number on you. That was the plan, to break you down. The whole relationship, you're building him up. You're helping him start his business. You're helping him open up a bank account. You're helping him build his credit. You're helping him to dress better. You're co-signing so he can get a nice car. You are building him up while he's tearing you down. Make it make sense. blame your parents your parents trained you to be a ******* doormat a people pleaser you've got to break out of that break the habit of being a caregiver a doormat a people pleaser and if you're still dealing with your abusive parents shame on you because they don't want you to heal they want you to stay broken and all you're going to do is keep attracting toxic lovers with the same personality, same mentality as your abusive parents who trained you to be a people pleaser, a codependent, a caregiver. You're stuck in that Cinderella syndrome and you need to snap out of it. All right. I love y'all. I want the best for y'all, man. This is tough love. New York City.
