Your Body Reacts To UFOs Before You Ever Notice

We've had situations where people were getting hurt
by high energy x-rays where they would have
lesions or they would have radiation effects.
You say, well, how the heck do you have radiation
effects? That was scientist Dr. Jim Segala,
former Skinwalker Ranch chief scientist,
describing injuries in people who reported close encounters with UAPs.
Segala now believes the
human body may react to a UFO sighting before
the mind even understands what it saw. In a new
interview on the Freeman Files podcast he described how energy
from an encounter appears to enter the
body and the immune system responds by attacking something
that it can't identify according to his
medical data the reaction can trigger autoimmune responses
from an experience which then slowly
fades and he believes this may explain why
so many experiencers report getting sick in the days and
weeks after a sighting.
Segala is also making new claims about Skinwalker Ranch itself.
He described being told that the ranch's most important daily records
from the Robert Bigelow
era was faxed to Bigelow and then destroyed.
And he shared sensor data from a September
contact event in Utah where air pressure dropped
and energy spikes appeared as witnesses photographed
an object in the sky.
Hey ufologists, I'm Christina Gomez and this is your UFO News Update.
Segala worked under Hal Puthoff at the Institute
for Advanced Studies at Austin and later served
as chief scientist in the first season of The Secret
of Skinwalker Ranch. His first job with
Puthoff was analyzing raw data from the ranch.
The best material, he claims, never reached the
scientists here is what was mentioned
on the Freeman Files the stuff that happened day to day
the real good stuff when this is this is no luck
when on a piece of paper was faxed to Bob Bigelow
and then destroyed oh so yeah i mean that's that's his style right
so the way the story was told
to me is that you'd write it all up
the people would write it all up fax it he had no letters
nothing, no emails, all fax.
He would fax right to his bedroom and as soon as it's faxed you have
to burn it. So only Bob Bigelow had a copy of this data.
The electromagnetic and gravity surveys
Segala worked on were kept.
The daily event logs in his telling exist only in Bigelow's personal
files and have never been made public.
He now runs the MuPass worldwide and MuPass stands for
Molecular Unidentified Phenomena Alert System,
a network of home and field sensors that record
air pressure, magnetic fields, microwave energy,
gamma radiation, and infrasound around the clock.
He reports close to 400 devices in 28 countries
and about 50,000 written accounts from
experiencers. His newest results come from CE5 events.
CE5, or Close Encounters of the Fifth
kind is a contact protocol from Stephen Greer,
where a group tries to call in the phenomenon.
Sagala admitted he first doubted it,
but then on September 10th, at a CE5 in Utah-Uinta basin,
air pressure dropped when the session began,
followed by infrasound and microwave spikes.
He reports that two of the microwave spikes line up
with photos of an object several people
captured on their phones in an area with no power source nearby.
A borrowed device at an earlier event in the Ozarks,
where about 30 people chanted in timed rounds,
recorded swings in the pressure,
magnetic field and rotation readings as well.

Those results fit a pattern Segala first noticed at Skinwalker Ranch.
You know, people ask me, so what goes
on when there's nobody on the property in these areas?
Well, nothing goes on. You leave
instruments there, like nothing happens.
But when you introduce people, that's when all the crazy stuff happens.
His view is that people like the ranch act more like amplifiers.
The phenomenon in his reading of the data is focused on people,
and the same activity follows them home and even to work,
referred to as the hitchhiker effect.
Witnesses often describe a sudden silence before an encounter,
crickets stop, wind goes quiet,
and one hunter claimed a pistol shot sounded like it had a silencer on.
Sagala offers his own explanation, and he labels it as speculation.
He suggests an energetic craft could squeeze
or stretch the space around it.
A cricket's chirps, stretched to ten times its length,
would fall below what the ear can hear.
The same effect could explain the infrasound,
very low sound below human hearing.
And that is what Luella Zondo has linked to encounters
and that MU-PASS sensors now pick up on.
Segala's devices have also recorded GPS phones losing
satellite during events, dropping from about 8 to just 1 or 2.
And then he takes the idea even one step further.
If ordinary microwave signals entered that squeeze space,
he suggested they could be pushed up into high-energy radiation,
the kind that damages skin and DNA.
In his view, that may explain the lesions
and burns in his own medical cases.
Have you ever noticed
a sudden silence before seeing something in the sky?
Well, you tell me.
Sagala's work began with hospital cases collected
with forensic neurologist Dr. Kit Green.
People reported lesions, radiation-type burns,
and rare blood disorders after encounters,
some spending weeks in the hospital.
He now compares those symptoms with Havana syndrome.
Us, you know, the regular people out there
in the world, not the State Department,
they have the exact same symptoms as people
that are actually diagnosed now with Havana syndrome.
And I don't know if people know this, but Havana syndrome changed
its name a little bit, but it's now a medical code,
meaning that a doctor can diagnose somebody with Havana syndrome
and put a code on it.
That means that the government has to take that seriously
and give insurance and, you know, do all that kind of stuff.
But it's a real code now.
He points to tiny brain bleeds normally linked
to head trauma found in both groups.
He also credits Defense Intelligence Agency papers
that reviewed about 300 published cases from 1873 to 1994
and claims that symptom list matches his own data.
The Havana claim faces a very serious counterpoint.
In 2024, two National Institutes of Health studies
of more than 80 federal employees
with Havana syndrome symptoms found no brain injury visible on MRI.
The researchers stressed the symptoms are real
and that the lead author noted the results
do not rule out harmful events at the time of the incident.
Sagala also addressed the hitchhiker effect,
the idea that something follows people home
from places like the Uinta Basin.
He pointed to a study by Dr. Green that found friends,
siblings, and children of people
returning from the basin had a higher rate of illness than expected.
Sagala described the pattern in the data this way.
This is something that seems to be some energy
or something like that that gets hooked up to somebody.
And then when they get home, they find somebody else
that's very interesting and jump off.
I mean, literally, that's what the data looks like.
I'm not speculating that's what happens.
I'm just saying that's what the data looks like.
They would see somebody else very
interesting and jump off on that person.
And when that energy gets onto them,
then their immune system starts acting up.
I don't know if you realize that your immune system
is the cause of a lot of this stuff.
So when you're in a situation where you have this external energy
that's entering you, like, for instance, if you're seeing a UFO
or something like that, you've got this stuff entering your body,
your immune system says, what the hell is that?
And starts trying to attack things.
And that's the reason that a lot of people say,
once I have an experience,
I start getting autoimmune diseases or not autoimmune responses,
which means your body is attacking something.
It has no idea what the hell it is, but it's attacking.
He was careful to frame it as what the data looks like,
but not a common cause.
He ruled out a virus or a fungus.
Instead, he links many cases to the immune system reacting
to something it can't identify,
which can bring on autoimmune responses that slowly fade.
Animals seem to sense it as well.
A significant share of his 50,000 accounts describe dogs barking before
the experience begins.
At Skinwalker Ranch,
he watched a herd of about 50 cattle run back and forth across a field
behavior the ranch crew told him was not normal
and then on a day the instruments also recorded
activity so his analysis looks across the whole network
and he reports something that he just
didn't expect we're getting correlations of people
on the opposite sides of the earth we might have
a member that's never doesn't even know another member
that's in the united states maybe somebody
in Australia, that their data is starting to align
to the point where it can't be discounted.
The data runs under university research oversight,
first through Harvard and now
moving to Rice University.
Stripped of personal details, it is headed to the archives of the
impossible at Rice for outside scientists to study.
Segala also notes that academic groups
focused on this subject are forming almost weekly.
So, a former Skinwalker Ranch scientist claims
the ranch's best records were burned
while his sensor's record pressure drops and energy spikes
during contact attempts. His medical data points to real injuries,
though federal studies dispute
the Havana Syndrome link.
With a sponsor funding up to 10,000 devices and the data headed to Rice
University, outside scientists may soon be able
to test his findings for themselves. If Bigelow's
daily Skinwalker Ranch logs still exist,
should he be asked to release them? Let me know in the
comments. And my video on the Defense Intelligence
Agency letter telling Robert Bigelow his missing
OSAP case reports were found covers what happens
to the records from his government-funded programs.
It gives the background of the Bigelow records question
in this episode, so make sure to watch
