Haunted Halls takes over the Thunder Bay Museum
Oct 16, 2026
Halloween is just around the corner and this year if you're looking
for a good scare you don't have to go far because the Thunder Bay
Museum is once again hosting its Haunted Halls starting this weekend.
That's where you're going to find local actors embodying all sorts
of ghosts, ghouls, spooks and specters.
We're going to head inside for some spooky one-on-ones.
Now we're here for Haunted Halls,
the dress rehearsal run through.
How's everything been going?
You know, it's been a lot of work this year.
We're building up a new script, new decorations,
so we're very excited to bring it to the public,
and we're going to really scare some people this year.
Tickets!
For people who don't know much about Haunted Halls,
give me the rundown. What's it all about?
What's the storyline this year? I guess you don't want to tell.
No, I don't want to tell, but this is
our partnership with Science North.
We're supported materially
by Fort Williams Historic Park and Magnus Theater
and a few other local businesses that have kind
of put us on the path of doing this.
It's really an important fundraiser for us.
And I'll give away a little bit of a teaser.
You're going to be getting a tour through the museum in a spooky way.
Let's put it that way.
And it'll be something new and what people won't expect.
Once you board this train.
What do you love most
about scaring people?
I'm a Halloween baby and I love Halloween, so anytime I get to scare
people and see their terrified expressions, it brings me so much joy.
But watching people jump ten feet in the air
is probably the best joy you'll have in your life.
I'm a wonderful song beneath your skin.
What do you love most about scaring people?
I take a lot of inspiration from watching horror movies
and I just love scaring the ---- out of people.
It's just so much fun. So much fun. I love, love, love scaring people.
It's so much fun to see their faces.
So if people want to come out,
when is it happening and how much does it cost?
So it's running the 15th, 16th, and 17th,
as well as the 22nd, 23rd of October.
First tours start at 6, the last one leaves at 10:15.
It is $18 a person, and there's 10 people in a tour group.
Just buy your tickets early, they're selling out fast.
Happy Halloween!
Yeah, happy Halloween.
Come to the Haunted Halls.
You are.
