A Typical Day at Home - ATV SNOWPLOW, CANVAS TENT, FROZEN LAKE, KIDDOS, DOGGOS

I am the dog man. Hey guys, how you doing? Joe here, I'm outside with Scoot Magoot and the neighbor dog. I'm using my Nikon Z6, it's the first time I've used it, it's my brand new camera, I'm hoping it works out all right. It's so very bright out here. I'm going to plow my driveway, my neighbor's, although I think she might be out there using a snow blower already. We got a good amount of snow yesterday and last night, and it actually iced up, let me show you what I mean here. That's not really that much, enough that I need to plow it but there's drifts along the sides so gotta get all that taken care of so it doesn't build up underneath this all iced out so I'm gonna get my plow out on my four-wheeler show you guys how I take care of snow snow management up here is a big deal as you can see all around me there's snow banks piles and piles that you have to have places to put it or else it's just gonna accumulate everywhere you have to take care of it well you can before it adds up right that's what i that's what i'm learning living in the north in the north and it's on my winch system not the best for it you should probably have a piece of nylon in there or something but this is how it came and i've been using it works all right actually works really well i hear snow blowing out there man i don't want to she's almost done she wants to uh snow blow it this time anyways because the plow creates like banks on the sides or whatever but I'm gonna go plow the end of our driveway out because because it's that nasty snow that you can't really snowblow with so let's get some light in here and I'll show you how the winch works and then we'll go plow is here that's how you raise using it's down it pulls the whole bike sports and 570 Polaris double up I've added a few things bush and I did our trip or winter back bike camping trip with these ATVs we smashed into each other his ATV died at the end they didn't show it but this uh we ran into each other and this all part broke on mine so i replaced it i got these side protectors with these foot pegs that don't want to come down got the one winch on there with the worn plow system this is for the kiddo big old tires make a difference man those are like quite bigger than the other ones but all right let's let's get to uh oh no don't worry about me just worked oh yeah oh perfect that sounds fun i won't be much much help as you know, let's get this going, I want to make sure those pegs aren't down too far, those, those are my guides, I guess, on either side, this is what I'm told, and right now, she's turned, I'll leave it turned, it's kind of kilted that way, but later on, we'll move it straight, watch out, big guy, met a new neighbor, was over there chatting with her, pretty kid, I had no idea, man, I was like two houses down, okay, let's go, I'll show you this again, my GoPro's not staying on, and I'm going to put these cameras inside for a minute. I've got to warm these up. This is crazy. It's like negative 15. It shouldn't be killing them so quick. Watch out, buddy. Yes, baby. I want to. Okay, let me know when. Getting the snow off. What did they say? Her muscles churn. That's her sister. Both of them. The centers are white, but this one's really bad. Good camera. Good camera. The other side. The other side. That was from being on the four-wheeler outside for too long. We got a little frosty. Well, it's like negative 15. No, we didn't get the... I'll have to go back out after. No, you're not coming. You gotta warm up. Tammy's in an urge to clear away. There's so much there from the plow. A lot of people have been asking me about his diet and what I've done and everything. So I thought I might show you a typical set for him. This doesn't... sometimes I have fish with it. Sometimes I don't. This time I don't. But I have from the grocery store store I got this pork shoulder roast 358 which is that's a hefty you know it's a couple pounds 2.8 kilograms as it were so that's a good amount almost nine bucks for two eye round marinating steaks it's just over nine bucks for all that chicken five big whatever you call them breasts all I do is just cut it up into manageable pieces I don't want them too big and I'm obviously not gonna sit here and dice them all up things to be working very well is amazed I'm gonna do all this the same the pork shoulder might be a little bit different because there's a bone in it but I'll give them the bone too it's not cooked so it's not gonna splinter or anything like that it's totally fine yes you can feed your dog raw chicken yes you can feed your dog raw pork dogs have an iron stomach and they to my experience do better on raw food than most or than most dogs that most dried dog kibbles or whatever a decent amount of meat here doesn't you have you said that Emerald do you say you don't like your mom that's true what it sounds like she said when she's walking away oh yeah okay okay what's up Scope what are you doing most of the meat off that that's why it's $2 all right we're just gonna give this to him but I want to put him outside with it because it's yeah raw pork I wash my hands on it move the camera and open the door you working on that still all right come on no leave it drop it drop it and then stay out and eat it whatever buddy let's still eat a little bit more come on bring it inside get your bone and come come on those eyes straight mountain meat look at my finger look at my pinky Look at all my fingers. I'm five. No, I'm actually seven. This is seven. and I am seven when I turn seven I go square triangle I mean. I mean triangle. Okay. and I got which a baby her hair got like this but because I got her hair wet and her hair and like, alright as well as the raw food that I feed them I do feed them good grain free canned food to supplement. I obviously can't continue to buy just raw and feed just raw. It's not economical and I don't have so much from my freezer and stuff like that I gotta freeze all that now but yeah like some ingredients like this is a Waruva Hot Damn with luscious lamb in jelly or jelly or I don't know how to say that the actual food the ingredients are like lamb mackerel pumpkin lamb lung lamb liver lamb kidney sunflower seed oil locust bean so uh locust bean gum so pretty pretty healthy ingredients and he's got all those there his medicine stock of cans living where we do you really need to have things like stored away like provisions such like such as that dog food grand total two or seven meals tops seven meals total I mean and I won't feed him three of these a day I was wrong when I said that I'll give him one or two of these a day and a third his third meal is a can sometimes two cans one of these at all it all matters it depends on if I'm home if they're thawed whatever so this is one I'll leave for tomorrow or for tonight for him and these are go in the freezer let me explain quickly what this is wild Alaskan salmon oil there's no fish in this like I said so I give him salmon oil when when there's no fish in his food for everything the capsule poured out this stuff stinks like the oldest dankiest salmon just fishy is all get out which is probably what you want and he's got a turkey tail did you give him his turkey tail today and milk thistle yeah thank you so a turkey tail is a mushroom and it's immune support gluten-free it says the milk thistle is for his liver or kidneys whichever one gets affected by the prednisone that's prednisone that's the steroid he's on he gets half pill a day and this counteracts it the milk thistle counteracts it or else he'll be wreaking havoc on his insides turmeric oh i forgot one thing have to put those on because he's got all three of those today and you gave him his uh steroid the turmeric goes right on top the door's open generous amount and then i guess the black pepper activates it turmeric is good for a lot of things then he's got some drops of oil this is actually a tincture some rick simpson that's that i still have a leftover chicken probably freeze by itself alright so it's all powdery and I just kind of plop a piece of pork plop a piece of pork on top just kind of mix it in a bit so he doesn't get his nose turned up at it and then yeah that's that's all she wrote, Scout, you want this, hey come on get this pork bone now I what's left of this pork so that's go this is what I've been doing for myself So if one of the many things, real apple cider vinegar, uncut, unfiltered, with the mother, with the mother in the jar. Do you want to try some? I do not. Here. I do not want it. When we moved in, we got reverse osmosis. Installed this pretty cool, nifty tap for me. So a little bit of water. I haven't done this yet today. I do it two times a day. Once in the morning, once at night. I did not do it this morning. And a tablespoon, and I'm going to put two. This just tastes so good, you know, I just want to savor it I used to put it in a full glass of water and then try and drink that glass of water quickly But now I just just get her down the old gullet to rinse my cup out too So that when I try to get some real water, it's not just excess and water like mad to like mad You ate that already. Good boy. Well, I've got to go back outside and plowing Do that kiss? Thank you. I love it. She's so fat Okay, I'll be back. Bye, Daddy. My four-wheel drive broke in my car and my truck, so it's useless in the snow, and I don't want the garbage inside of the Jeep. Why? It's snowing. So I gotta pick up the snow, and I wanna delay plowing a little bit more. Let's go into my woods. I wanna show you something. This is what we came to check out. Good boy, huh? Good boy. Since we had the ice storm, I haven't been out here. I came out once and knocked a bunch of snow off before the ice storm, but as you can see, I should have seen it before the first time I came in here and knocked all the snow off. It was five or six times as much as this. Yeah, it's got that layer of ice on it. This is my Snow Trekker Expedition 8x10. It is an amazing Snow Trekker for canvas tents. See this? Look at the drop. This side's out. That's all built up snow. I've gotta pound this off quite a bit. Oh, it's all ice in here. Look at that. That is ice. Oh my goodness. What do you say, bud? Eh? It looks so much smaller in here because everything's pushed in oh man okay well that's a lot not good for it we'll see how tough they are hey scott we'll see how tough they are well this is my little chill spot uh coming here every now and then i've been out here a little bit but through the ice man um have i mentioned there was an ice storm there was an ice storm so i'm not gonna hang out in here today get out my dry wood sitting there and everything just kind of wanted to show you guys a little chill spot my little home away from home out here in the woods I gotta go mow the Oh you guys wanna check, let's go check out the lake Let's go check out the lake and then I'll then I'll let you go, cause I gotta plow Not mow the lawn, I don't have to mow the lawn I have to plow the snow, but let's go down Check out the lake and uh, yeah I think we'll call it a day, all I'm gonna do after this, go inside, probably take a Nice hot bath, lay around for a bit Have supper, then do a movie Night with the family cause today is Saturday, that's our thing Friday and Saturday are movie night days, movie night nights. Oh, he's sinking. Now he's sinking. There is a set of stairs right next to the Scout's walking You wouldn't know it. Oh, man. Are you okay, bud? I'm struggling, homie. Look at the deer tracks going from one yard to the other. Probably all the way along the shore, actually. White. Can't tell where the land stops. Ice starts. There's where Scout's going right now. Look, I don't know if you can see it. In the sky over there, there's bands of gray coming down like what would look to be a rain cloud in like other seasons hey good boy got a lot of slush notice a couple problems with this camera I think I have to change some settings my focus isn't automatically focusing and that's not that's not good is the slush okay guys well I want to end this now you got snow down the old boot I'm gonna go inside and he's been screaming at me to come in there and play video games with her so so I'm gonna do take a nice bath play some video games with my kid Oh oh merch toques bunch of stuff but the new elasticated elasticated the new elastic bottom hoodies are out check on the site thanks for watching thanks for all your support I appreciate if you did watch a video about me at home with my family it's different and some people ask for that some people really despise that from now on I'm just doing what I want when I want period feel a lot better about it that way so you guys have a good day thank you very much for watching and I'll see you soon so let's go inside bud
