Accused killer mom Metallica Harrison 'never wanted to get pregnant' and was jealous of kid: Warrant

New disturbing details have emerged about the Pennsylvania mother accused of slaughtering her husband and their three-year-old son during a family vacation at Great Wolf Lodge. Metallica Rose Harrison had never wanted to be a mom and resented her son for stealing her husband's attention, according to chilling allegations in a search warrant. The 27-year-old mom was, quote, dominant, controlling, and felt resentful towards the child, stating that she never wanted to get pregnant, her family members told investigators. Harrison would also talk about the child taking away one-on-one time between her and her husband Charles and allegedly isolated her husband's family from him and his son. On Monday, cops found Charles and their son Tristan dead from multiple stab wounds at the Pocono Resort after Harrison called 911 and asked for help, ending her life after attempting to slit her wrists and neck. Harrison reportedly told cops she was, quote, suicidal, not stupid, and later told EMS how hard she worked to be the best mother. A large butcher knife and a smaller knife were found in the bathroom, along with suspected containers of blood and various medications, according to a criminal complaint. The mom could be seen in a teary-eyed mugshot as she was booked on two counts of criminal homicide. Authorities on Wednesday searched the family's home in Towanda, roughly two hours north of the resort, looking for any clues that could reveal a motive. The family had booked into the Great Wolf Lodge on September 21st and extended their stay on October 5th after Metallica Rose allegedly drained her husband's 401k to pay for the trip. According to her family, Harrison never showed any signs of mental illness and appeared completely normal on a video call just hours before the gruesome murders. Days later, relatives still have no idea what could have caused the mom to snap.
