Okay, well that was the worst timing possible. We got the call that the plane was coming. We got everything ready. We saw the plane. The plane was like right there coming in hot and then this storm kicks up and the plane leaves. We are soaked. You can hear the thunder. Everything... Everything we have is put away. We have no shelter and the plane left. The plane is gone because it couldn't fly in the storm. so now what this is day nine morning of day nine hello how are you doing felt some smoke right now you can really see it smokestacks this is unreal it's like a dream full ramming speed ahead lost visibility here i can't say i'm not a little concerned if i'm being honest what would you do what would you do if you're out here no lifeline out all flights are grounded you know what would do well that just happened awesome trip man i can't wait for you guys to see it it was such a crazy time um i just wanted wanted to do this little teaser got a giveaway to give you guys i want to do a little bit of a shout out uh yeah so this is gonna be a short and sweet video the full trip series starts this friday two days if i post this video now this friday from when you're seeing this video um so i wanted to make this an epic mini series right i outsourced some work for this i edited all the the series itself but as for the trailer that you just watched that epic epic trailer that's that's above my skill level big time obviously i outsourced some work for this for the series um i got an awesome youtuber a person that i that i think is one of the best editors in the outdoor field on youtube her name is Chris Prouse i'm going to definitely link her below it's a huge shout out to Chris Prouse chris goes to Algonquin Park and canoes and makes these epic epic videos really really great editing and just just storytelling and and camera work and cinematography on point just leaps and bounds above what i can do i believe this is what chris does for a living or at least she has in the past and she had reached out prior asking if I needed ever needed any help and I figured for this series like it's time to do so you know what I mean she worked hard on it and she deserves what she gets out of it so I would really really appreciate it if you guys went over and checked out her channel and subscribe to her she's also got an Instagram as well yeah tell her I sent you maybe if you have any work that you need doing she might be up for it maybe I should have asked her about that first but but hey it doesn't hurt to ask also this this little short video I have a giveaway for you guys and yeah just a little bit of info so this will be a mini series I'll probably get four or five videos out of it tops the first video I'm going to make into about two hours it's almost done now and it will be up this Friday if I haven't mentioned that already this is Wednesday I'm shooting this video right now But this Friday, two days from now, that big video drops. It'll be about a two-hour long video. But then subsequently, each Friday or maybe Tuesday and Friday, I'm not sure yet, there will be another part of that video on for four or five episodes. I'm not going to put it in a series. It's just going to go out as it is, probably titled different things. So be on the lookout for that. I really want you guys to see it, man. So, check it. It's got a bail. Again, it's got the lip on the bail so that when you make your pot hanger, it sits perfectly. It's not going to be riding all over the place. You got your handles again. You got your Scout logo. The steam whistley hole dealies. And the little lid. Very high quality. This one's a 900 mil. Again, 750 mil. 39 bucks for this. 54 bucks for this. Tell me that's not a good price for titanium. Go out and check. Do your research. That's a good price for titanium for these sizes. Sorry. a little bit more things trailer wise if i do when i do have more epic videos coming out all i want to stress all of the editing of the full video the full series and everything is all done by me still i have not outsourced that at all ever before i will not outsource that nobody's going to make a video in my style it's just not going to happen nobody knows what i want to leave in what i want be some sponsors on these videos i'll probably get two or three sponsors for for two or three of the videos get one sponsor each i will not put a sponsor on the first video the first video that's going to come out is going to be the longest and it will be no sponsors at all but just just to understand like it costs money to go to these places it's a lot of time away from my family and then obviously i'm paying for for things to happen on the video as well and stuff out of my pocket it's my job and i'm fine with that it's totally fine but in order to recoup those costs and to make money as i'm doing it the sponsorships need to happen okay so there'll be two minute little sponsors after the trailer uh before the video type thing i don't ever want to have a patreon i don't ever want to ask you for money seriously i don't so this is my alternative to that this is the way that I am funding my trips the way I'm supporting my family especially because I get restricted on YouTube tons of times YouTube restricts all of my content maybe one or three videos gets restricted if you don't know what that means it means it doesn't come up in the recommended list and I get poor advertising So we'll have to see what happens. He is Tripper, my canoe tripping partner. So we have to get him in the boat and on canoe trips. Hopefully this fall he'll be ready. I still do have my first backpacking trip with Tripper video just waiting to get it back from the forensic team that's trying to recover my files. So there will be videos with Tripper coming soon. He's coming along very well. It's frustrating at times if I'm being honest. He's a very high energy dog, a very high drive breed and probably the highest drive of all all the Dutch Shepherds ever Tripper bonsai the tripping companion but anyways don't worry he will be around i've seen lots of comments where's tripper he's around he's taking care of the family when i'm gone he's best friends with autumn and he's we're going on hikes every single day he's keeping me healthy and we're trying to burn his energy but yes i promise there will be trips with Tripper just has to wait you know Scout never came on canoe trips with me ever and it's the middle of the summer there's bugs everywhere he's if i if i paddled all day long with him in the canoe he would just fry okay and that's just the god honest truth that's just how it is so anyways don't worry Tripper's around everything's good have i spoke enough yet have i talked enough yet hope you guys enjoyed this video stay tuned this friday this friday the epic mini series starts super excited for you to see it thank you so much goodbye
