How to Make Hot Cheetos Pizza

What You Need:
Pizza Dough

recipe makes 2 pizzas)
2 TBL melted butter
1 large bag of Hot Cheetos
Tomato Sauce
Sliced Monterrey Jack cheese

Preheat oven as high as it goes, at least 500 degrees. Pulverize half a bag of Hot Cheetos in a food processor or mortar and pestle. Place in a small bowl and set aside.

Roll out pizza dough into roughly 13 inches in diameter. Butter a 13 inch pizza pan lightly, then place rolled out dough onto pan. Pinch the dough into the edges to make a perfectly round pizza. Brush the top with butter. Add some tomato sauce to the center and carefully spread on the dough. Sprinkle with 1 1/2-2 cups of crumbled Cheetos in an even layer. Place one layer of sliced cheese on top of that layer.

Bake pizza on top rack of the oven until crust is golden and cheese is melted, about 8-10 minutes depending on your oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Before serving, sprinkle with more Hot Cheetos. Slice and serve.
